We stayed for one night and had a lovely double room with a balcony and views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Our room was well appointed and very clean and the bathroom toiletries were of a high standard, and the bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding. Our breakfast the next morning was varied and our cooked breakfast came hot...

I spent one night here and everything was okay but not amazing. On the plus side: The location was good with views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge The room was a decent size There was a nespresso machine in the room Everything was clean Decent choice at breakfast Negatives: The lack of hairdryer in the room (I could have got...

Attended a murder mystery dinner which was very entertaining. The food was excellent and the room had an amazing view over the Clifton suspension bridge. All in all a memorable evening of entertainment.

Its dramatic location overlooking the Gorge did not compensate for the bad level of service: the bed was being made when I arrived at 7pm. Indifferent breakfast. Watery coffee and over cooked eggs. Try availability elsewhere!

The staff were friendly and all was well until we tried to have an early night in preparation for our very early flight the next morning. Unfortunately I...

Rooms are lovely with all amenities and very clean. Breakfast is no longer a buffet but from a wide ranging menu. All food was very good. The only complaint this visit was the shower...

We had a family room for three ppl, which had lovely view of gorge and bridge. Only small complaint is that the room was beside the elevator and bed was small...

Loved the location, parked car in hotel parking area and used bus to see sights, very convenient. Lovely Breakfast. Was concerned after reading some of the recent reviews, but superior room proved to be a good size, and a comfortable bed. Seems the hotel has been taken over and is having a refurbishment; think this will be good as the...

Visited the hotel this afternoon with three members of my family for afternoon tea. Two of our party had a gift voucher given to them as a special thank you from a friend so we're really looking forward to the experience. Our booking time was 2:30 and a very friendly waiter came to take our order at 2:40. The four...
