Lovely hotel with good position on docks. Had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child but when arrived the extra bed was not there. However, this was resolved by housekeeping quickly. Room was good size although bathroom was tiny and it was a struggle to get in and shut the door! Our room didn't face the harbour and...

Noiseiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The street noise is unbelievable. Started out at 1am with a fight in the street below that lasted for the best part of an hour. You would have thought a man had been killed. Three police cars arrived to handcuff four menThey then proceeded to take statements in the street instead of down...

Beautiful big room, friendly staff, very comfortable and luxurious. Right by a noisy main road so you had to have the windows closed but the room was big enough not to feel stuffy. Great location right on the waterfront.

Despite two very busy weddings at the weekend all the staff worked hard to give us a good hotel experience. The first evening's meal was beautiful. The salted caramel was amazing. Apparently the sticky toffee pudding was also delicious. And a great breakfast too. Food heaven!
