In my humble opinion The Bristol is in a good location, and the staff friendly and efficient. But the room was very small - although allegedly a "superior" room. I hate to think what a standard room is like...And the bed seemed very short, although I didn't measure it. We didn't eat breakfast there, but there was a notice in...

This hotel is in a great location over looking the water and surrounded by restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean. It was let down by the bathroom - shower curtain was filthy and the shower flooded. The room is a family room as well as accessible so the bathroom is designed for the latter not the former making it...

Superb location for show and shopping trip hotel right by river and restaurants and pedestrian walk to city centre, theatres, bars and attractions. Excellent large room, well furnished and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and parking in adjacent multi storey for only £5 through the hotel. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again. First time we have...

Came here to get away for the night for my husbands birthday. Went to see Chitty Chitty bang bang then a meal at The Ivy. We were upgraded to a larger room and the welcome we received after driving 2 hours was exceptional, staff were so friendly they went above and beyond. We received complimentary cocktails too. Parking location is...

Upgraded to superior room, which was a nice. Rooms are small, particularly the bathroom. Decor is nice and modern, bed comfy. For a superior room, I've always had robes and water provided but it lacked this touch. Room very very overlooked by office workers and apartments so nothing much to look at. Hotel itself was very nice.

We didn't stay at the hotel this weekend but popped in for afternoon tea, it was fantastic once again. A beautiful end to a lovely weekend.. the piano playing in the background as we nibbled on fresh sandwiches and delicious cakes all washed down with as much tea as you can consume- although we did run out and had to...

The hotel was very well situated in the centre of Bristol and the car parking provision worked very well. The staff were very friendly and efficient and made our stay very pleasant. The room was very clean and had all the facilities one has come to expect from a good hotel.

Great city centre location for a business meeting without the need for great expense. The hotel has a nice bar area with sofas that are not on top of each other allowing privacy for conversations. Car parking is convenient as the hotel is joined to an NCP multi story.

A lovely hotel. We always stay here when visiting Bristol for theatre/concert weekend trips. The staff are very attentive, polite and very helpful. Breakfast is good quality and the staff ensure you have everything you need. The reception staff are very helpful. Check in and out is very smooth. The location is great as it is only a 2 minute...
