We booked 2 rooms to help settle my daughter into her new flat, and went for the Hendricks gin package. I was slightly irritated when the second room cost £30 more than the first, but it turned out the deluxe room justified the extra. Very central on the waterfront and with a multi storey car park (included for free) next... More

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Has a great location and a joining car park that is included in the price. Rooms are if a good standard although try and get a harbour view as the internal view is dull. Breakfast offers a great selection of hot and cold food, waiting staff and restaurant team could not be faulted... More

We stayed on a Saturday night in a deluxe queen room (627) with the Hendricks gin offer which included car parking, breakfast and 2 x 50ml bottles of Hendricks gin which could be taken to the hotel bar where you could have a gin & tonic or a gin cocktail. The room was a decent size with a sizeable bathroom... More

We booked two nights at The Bristol for a city break. The hotel looks quite dated from the outside but is well located near to Queens Square and the Harbourside. At check in the staff were polite and efficient. Unfortunately, our room 635 was tiny, a very long way from the lift and overlooking the multi-story carpark. My girlfriend had... More

The location is probably the best thing about the Bristol - a short walk from both Queen Square and the waterfront. With parking quite challenging in Bristol it is worth knowing that if you book through the hotel, parking in the adjacent NCP car park is free (you can park, check in and get a ticket from reception to leave... Check in was good and staff are friendly. The hotel is nice and the breakfast was good. It is in a really good location. We booked a superior double room direct with the hotel. The room was probably the smallest we have stayed in whilst in Bristol. I even went back to reception to double check as I thought we... More

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend...... What a great hotel we would definitely stay again. The room was great lots of room, especially when we had a travel cot in the room. We didn't pre pay for breakfast we paid each morning which wasn't a problem. The breakfast was plentiful & very filling, you could eat as much... More

Very central hotel, our room being located overlooking the floating harbour which was lovely. Although very central and lot happening at night times there was no disturbance whatsoever due to the double glazing in the room. All the staff were very courteous, pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly satisfactory. We had a wonderful time in Bristol with... More

We had reserved at Superior Double room directly on the hotel website. On arrival we were offered three room choices, one overlooking the car park, one over the street and one harbourside view with "only a shower" We chose the latter. Perhaps it was the wrong one, for the room was smaller than expected, allowing just a standard double bed... More
