Very comfortable hotel, staff were very professional and pleasant. Enjoyed my stay and felt really relaxed. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but breakfast was fine. The bar and lounge spaces were comfortable and relaxed. At the price I paid this hotel was good value.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location. Pubs, restaurants and main tourist sites all within walking distance. Car park right next door, car can be left all weekend while you explore the city. Lovely bar but didn’t try the hotel restaurant.

Dear TheWood71, How lovely it is the hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your adventure in Bristol! Thank you for sharing your recent experience of the city and hotel with the Trip Advisor Community. I'm glad to see, that like many others, you were able to capitalise on our superb central location. As mentioned in your feedback above, there is so much to explore literally on our doorstep! Being able to park up your car and explore on foot or via the nearby transports links is surely the best way to fully embrace Bristol City Centre. Thank you for alerting our team regarding the door lock so we could resolve as quickly as possible. These small incidents do happen from time to time, it is great to see we were able to accommodate effectively. Now I can see that you were busy bees during your short stay with us, but I promise that this city has an abundance of offerings left to explore. We hope that even more can be ticked off your list on your next visit... We can't wait to welcome you back for more of the same in the near future. With kind regards Marta Padron Director of Operations The Bristol

My partner and I stayed at The Bristol for 2 nights this week and we couldn't fault a thing. We stayed in a deluxe room on the sixth floor and enjoyed the views of the harbour side. The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful and the room was very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. We felt safe staying there in the current climate as everything was clean and the room was sealed upon arrival. Cabot circus was an easy 20 minute walk away and there are lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk too. We will definitely return to The Bristol - thank you for a great stay!

Dear lisalangton, Thank you for your five-star review of your recent visit to The Bristol! How lovely it is to be named an 'Outstanding hotel' in the title of your feedback. The very least you can wish for from a weekend getaway is a comfortable bed to rest in. Our sleep quality is rated one of the highest categories within the hotel and it is pleasing to see that, like many others, we provided the perfect sleep for you on your night away. Next time you're visiting the hotel, be sure to head down to the breakfast room in the morning. With the beautiful view of the harbourside, extensive a la carte breakfast, we can guarantee the perfect start to the day in the city centre. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future for yet another five-star experience. With kindest regards Marta Padron Director of Operations The Bristol

Very good, efficient Hotel, centrally located for restaurants and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast , due to Covid breakfast is table service but everything available including fruit, croissants, full English etc. Actually I think that works better than a buffet! Would be very happy to stay there again.
