On two occasions recently we spent a night in this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and a well kept bathroom. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room but also free unlimited tea and coffee available in the lounge at all...

Have just stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for a week over New Year. We chose this hotel for its convenience, as it's opposite Temple Meads station, and we wished to make excursions to Lyneham and to Bath by train. The airport bus drops you a few yards from the hotel, which was another plus. During our week, we didn't...

I had not been to Bristol but since my nephew was coming in on the train from Bath (I had flown in from Paris), I decided to book a hotel close to the train station to make it easier for him. Turned out that this hotel was God-sent. Very convenient location not just vis-a-vis the train station but also to...

Room warm and clean with comfy beds. A self service breakfast is available, although the hot food selection is only sausage, scrambled egg and beans. Cold selection of cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, and apple and orange juice.

Needed to catch Bristol Flyer to airport at 05:30 and this hotel was perfect. Having arrived in Bristol via train a walk of approximately 150 metres to the hotel was very convenient. Check in efficient and friendly. Hotel public areas needed some attention, such as new paint, and tidying up, but overall it was fine. Room quiet, clean and had...

Ok so this hotel isn't in a picturesque environment. However it was just what we needed.Very close to train station to jump on train to bath. Easy walk into centre of Bristol, 0.9 mile. Room had every thing we needed, kettle, travel cot for my daughter etc. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was some noise from sirens on the main...

This is the second time we've stayed here, we find it a very friendly hotel and is very well located for the town centre. Staff cannot do enough for you and the breakfast is an added bonus, car parking is good value as long as you can get one of the allocated spaces. We will definitely stay here again.

First time at this hotel and whilst a little concerned when I arrived, my concerns were soon to be calmed. The hotel is very handy for Temple Meads Station.
