My Mum and I stayed here for 1 night back in June whilst attending a concert at Colston Hall. We were given a free upgrade (thanks Michael!) to a business class room (1601) with an incredible view and the room itself was lovely and clean...More
Stayed here for one night with my partner for Love Saves the Day, we only wanted to go for the headliner in the evening so we made the most of our room. It was a first floor room and my only comment would be the...More

Thank you so much for your wonderful review.
I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay and that we were able to exceed your expectations. I also very much hope you enjoyed Love Saves the Day - I heard great reports about it!
Great Harbour side view of the city from the 13th floor. Floor to ceiling window was fantastic for photos even in the rain. Harbour side festival was going on also so there was a lovely atmosphere. The room was looking a little tired with faded...More
Myself & my friend opted for this hotel for our theatre trip.
Very happy with our hotel room, beautiful comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom generally just a beautiful room!
Views of the harbour were lovely and we had a lovely nights stay.
Will certainly use again!
This is a nice business hotel. The hotel has a decent quality, small gym. Rooms are comfortable. Bed, duvet and pillow are OK. The location is perfect. I am always looking forward to a very good breakfast.

There is valet parking available. You drive to the hotel, park in the loading bay outside, leap out of the car and sprint into the entrance, where you will see the valet parking desk. The chappie there will relieve you of your car keys and go and park the car for you. Don't worry, he will bring it back. Apart from that you can drive around the bewildering one way system to find a car park then walk back to the hotel. Not much fun in the dark or if its raining. Best bet is just phone the hotel and they will give you price and details on valet parking. Hope this helps.
