I think the hotel location wise is perfect. About 15/20 min walk into the centre which is not bad seeing as it's a third of the price for city centre hotels. It's also on the doorstep to the train station, tho I did get slightly lost trying to actually find the hotel at first. Right on the river which is... More

On a business trip to the UK and during our 3 week stay we have stayed at several different ibis hotels- this was by far the worst and had the worst customer service Firstly the lady on reception upon check in was rude and didn't seem to care too much! We explained we were on a business trip our company... More

Nice and quiet hotel, only downside is lack of parking which is a short walk away and £13.50 for 24 hours. Breakfast buffet is very good and staff are very helpful. The room is fine for 2 adults, a luggage rack would be good though. Book early for a good price. Full price, late booking is expensive for standard of... More

We stay here when we visit the night club Motion which is on the same street as the Ibis. It is a 5 minute walk to the club and a 10 minute walk to the train station and town centre. There are shops and resturants all within walking distance so it is very local. Its a busy hotel, I think... More

A perfectly fine hotel for a business trip, I was studying at Kaplan which is literally attached to the hotel so the commute was a breeze! The parking wasn't advertised very well so I parked at Temple Meads and walked across (about 5 mins). The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. There was also free wifi... More

A ten minute walk from the train station and from Cabot circus, so a good location. Nice staff, average breakfast and room. Our air conditioning and sink weren't working properly but it didn't matter too much and wouldn't have been too bad if it wasn't such a hot day. Kindly looked after our bags after we checked out.

We were very happy with our accommodation when we stayed here, it's only a couple of minutes walk from the main station, and ample parking nearby which was a must for one of our party. Our room was large, it was clean and the shower was spacious, we had a good view from our room. The staff seemed friendly and... More

The hotel was hard to find and doesn't really stnd out when ur driving. There is no parking. The room looks out in to ugly train tracks and as a result is noisy. When trying to order food I called the number indicated on the phone it too ages for anyone to answer then I was put through to the... More
