Thank you for the excellent service by the staff here I would like to thank Ross and management in particular for helping me with my requests. The rooms were very clean I wanted 2 rooms one with 2 single and 1 with a double and both of them were perfect and last but not least the orange juice from downstairs taste good.

We stayed over night and booked with booking.com Use your sat nav as you’ll never find it. We were greeted by a very polite receptionist who have us the card to the room. Yes the rooms are very outdated and plain but there’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a very crisp and clean double bed, towels, extra pillow and soap/shampoo. There is also a hairdryer and kettle with coffee and paper cups. Rooms are in desperate need of upgrading but the bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever. We took a small pooch with us and were charged an extra £10 for the night which we felt was a good price. We also enjoyed a drink in the bar while we waited for Uber eats to arrive. There are many local Uber eats and it appeared very popular maybe as the location of the hotel is not near any main shops. Drinks were reasonably priced and bar area had plenty of covid restrictions in place. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food Down side to this hotel is the parking situation. After 6pm you can park in the streets outside not needing to move the cars by 9am. At present there is lots of building going on so making parking very difficult. Overall would I return? Most probably yes.

All I can say is how much I appreciate Gratiela, she was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, so kind and so sympathetic. Could not have asked for a better staff member to help resolve my issue. Will definitely be visiting again thanks to her kindness and compassion.

This was a failed visit due to the coronavirus situation, so I never got to stay. However, the hotel was professional in its correspondence and made the process of cancelling easy and stress-free. A refund was generated promptly and the staff were always helpful. I'll certainly book here again and found them reassuringly professional.

Stayed for a night during a stag weekend and had a good stay Check in was quick and efficient and the room was a good size with comfortable beds The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from most of the pubs and bars There was a good choice on offer at breakfast our only criticism is the lack of parking and the rather expensive rates on nearby car parks but would use the hotel again
