When you book into somewhere last minute you come to expect that you might not catch people at their best. However, I cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Longs Inn who processed our telephone booking and late check-in. I was made to feel like a valued customer and as if no question or query would be... More

We had 6 clients booked in with early morning starts for each of them. On the Saturday at 8 pm no staff were to be seen . When they eventually showed , we were informed that on a Saturday breakfast started at 8.30. For a B&B this is reidiculous, and no apology was offered . .

Hotel had character The room was an ok size but a bit tired. The bed was not very uncomfortable and was incredibly noisy - every tiny movement made it creak very loudly. No drinking water in the room The stairs up to the room were very irregular and steep. Wouldn't have wanted to go down them after a few drinks... More

We stayed here last night. The room was very clean, staff were really helpful and the breakfast was great. Lots of free parking was a real bonus too. It's a lovely inn with lots of period charm that we would happily recommend. Excellent value

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a little birthday night away for him. Cannot fault the room or hotel at all! I booked a double room with own ensuite and we were right at the top of the hotel (room no. 7) which gave a lovely view of countryside and Woburn! Room was lovely and clean with all necessary amenities... More

We stayed here to break up the trip from London to Wales travelling with our baby. The hotel is located quite close to the main north/south road and is over 400 years old. The rooms themselves have been renovated whilst protecting the historical works. Our room had an ensuite and was clean and spacious although the entrance door is lower... More

Lovely quaint little pub with rooms. After reading reviews wanted to make sure I didn't share a bathroom so went for the family room as had ensuite. Nice, large room with good size ensuite but it was very noisy as was on the busy road that goes through Woburn. I didn't want to mark the hotel down as it is... More

Thank you for your positive review. Unfortunately the main road has always been a problem for our rooms at the first of the building. Luckily there is a new dual carriageway being build that will be diverting the lorries and vans out of our little village, the sooner the better!! James More

We stayed in the outhouse as we were wedding guests at Woburn abbey - we had a great stay. Only thing noteworthy was sharing a bathroom....not expected but facilities were clean and sufficient for one night. Really enjoyed!
