We were booked into a Signature room which was well worth the extra payment. The hotel is in a rural setting, a good distance away from the main roads, but set in lovely grounds. The guided tour by the gardener around the grounds is well worth attending. The leisure programme gives plenty of choice. Our visit to the Rifle and...

A short break with some good friends, just to chill and catchup. Signature Room well worth spending the £10 per night for the extra treats and comfort. All meals were excellent, with so much choice and the silver service at dinner was a bonus. Staff throughout the complex are so professional, helpful and respectful. Sports facilities are numerous and varied....

The best thing about this place were the gardens which were a joy to walk around. That's where I cease to have anything positive to say I'm afraid. The pool and surrounding area was filthy. After complaining about the visible dirt moulding up at the bottom corners of the pool to the young man on the spa desk, he uttered...

We met up with friends here, we had never been to a Warners set up before, the rooms where fine and the service excellent (thanks Conway), overall the building is getting a little tired, the entertainment we had hoped to see had cancelled and the replacement was very poor, would probably try nearer home!! if there,s a next time.

My husband and I were expecing a luxury break in a 4 star quality hotel. It was far from luxury and overpriced. The dining room was like a school canteen. We prepaid for wine which we were told would be waiting at our table. We arrived in the evening for our meal - no wine - and waited 20 minutes...

Our fourth Warner location, this is well up to Warner standard. Enjoyable location, and plenty to do both in the venue itself and the surrounding area. The one downside is the time it takes to download our newspapers via the internet, a 5 minute walk, then a 30 minute download each day for the weekend papers. Time for an upgrade,...

The building is lovely with extensive grounds for walking and a lovely lake. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening and also the activates during the day were fun, I feel we paid a 3 star price for a 4 star break. the food was good and the staff did go the extra mile to make the stay great.
