We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it was totally amazing. The rooms and beds were way more spacious than expected, very clean and well-protected with moscito nets. You will get a private guide and boat driver and our guide Gomer was amazing! He grew up in Libertad and still lives in Libertad and the village next to it. We saw pink dolphins, monkeys, sloths, tons of birds, hiked in the jungle, swam in the river, fished Piranhas and lots more. The Lodge is directly located in the village, so once you come back from your afternoon excursion you see the people playing soccer, volleyball, etc. Don't expect a zoo, since you are in the wildlife! Everything might take a bit longer until you see the animal you were searching for, but that is also a very relaxing experience. We had a great time and it was amazing to find out, how the Jungle Lodge supports the village. For example one part of the earnings is spent to give scholarships to the best students of the village, so that they can go to university!

This was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the Peruvian Amazon. I was so impressed with how the eco lodge functioned as part of the local Libertad community. Our tour guides Gomir and Norman were exceptional and shared with us so much knowledge about Amazonian plants and animals. The food was incredible and catered to me as a vegetarian. The daily tours were completely catered to us and what we wanted to see and Gomir and Norman always made us feel incredibly safe. We are in awe of the Peruvian Amazon and feel so fortunate that the Libertad community are protecting it. Thank you so much for this experience!

My brother kept telling me, "this is a once in a lifetime trip." He was absolutely right. From the moment we were picked up at our Airbnb until waving goodbye to our guide, my brother and I had an excellent time. Libertad Jungle Lodge provides everything you want and more. Huge shout-outs to Manolo for being a great guide and for speaking flawless English. I would recommend this trip to everyone who wants a rich and genuine experience in the Amazon. As a final note, I very much appreciated that this lodge is located in and supports the economic development of the Libertad community.

I must admit that there are no words or pictures that can truly illustrate the adventure, expertise, and comfort found at Libertad Jungle Lodge. Our guide Larry shared story after story from his firsthand knowledge of the Amazon to help us understand more about the village and all of the abundant wildlife we explored while visiting. Each meal was delicious and only made better by swapping stories with other guests from various parts of the world. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to come back and share this experience with our family. Thank you Larry! True gentleman and wildlife genius!

We had a great stay in the Libertad Jungle Lodge. Great memories with the local people even though we have different languages, but we can feel that we are welcomed! from the moment we get off from the airport, everything is taken care of. Each group of pp will have a private tour guide who will ask you about your expectations and what you want to do and they will try their best to help you to accomplish! We have seen pink dolphins, sloths, different kinds of birds, spiders, monkeys and snakes! And the food are delicious! Would recommend it to anyone who is going to amazon rainforest!

This tour company is fantastic. It’s hard to find one that are so on point. So organized, so timely, so caring to make sure we have the best experience possible. Literally couldn’t recommend higher. Our guide Goomi was so incredible. He went so out of his way to show my gf and I the best time. He even changed our itinerary to search for an Anaconda which we found in the wild! It was just a perfect experience

We hat a great stay four 4 days 3 nights at the lodge. Our guide Gumer was very welcoming, very flexible with our wishes and super knowledgeable. Food was good and the entire village of Libertad showed super hospitability. All the tours were extremely custom, rooms were super clean. Would 100% recommend. From what we researched and heard about other lodges, value for money here is unmatched in the region.

Liberated was a dream! Great memories, food, and people. Manuel and his crew were awesome. Extremely flexible and kind. The lodge was incredible. The hammocks were a hit. The cabins were lovely and bugs were not a problem. The day to day was so smooth. Each experience was incredible. The mud and beach at sunset was a defiant favorite!

Absolutely life changing experience at Libertad! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return. This community and lodge is the perfect location to immerse yourself in the Amazonas region and culture. Our guide, Jaime, and our driver, Joel, are now our friends. We loved everything about our time at Libertad- fishing, animal and bird spotting, hikes, delicious food and wonderful people. We can’t recommend Libertad enough!

Wow, what a privilege to be able to spend time with the Libertad community to both experience the amazon jungle and be with the locals. Don’t second guess your choice, would recommend 10 times out of 10 for the value, expertise of our guide Larry, and the down-to-earth first hand experience of what it’s like to live in the Amazon.
