We (4 girls) stayed in the lodge for four nights and had an unbelievable time in the jungle. I guess the amount of animals you will be able to see depends on your luck but the walks themselves are a great experience. Our guide was Raul and his knowledge and love for the jungle made our stay an unforgettable time!!... More

Had an awesome time at the lodge and on the jungle tour. We saw many animals and the staff was friendly. Our guide Raul was great. The staff at the lodge was also very nice and the lodge was clean. This place is not near any other lodges so you get an authentic jungle experience. I booked a 5 day... More

My family and I went on a 2 week long trip through Peru and at last minute decided to finish off our trip in Iquitos. We only had 2 days and nothing planned and stumbled upon "Iquitos Amazonian Trips" office. We met Walter (Manager) and he offered us 2 days worth of trip through the city, amazon, and rainforest. We... More

We spent 4 days at the lodge with Amazonian Trips, and overall had a great experience. Our guide, Raul, was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about everything we saw, and spoke very good English. The food was better than we have had on any other budget tour... They seem to really put in an effort to make is varied and delicious.... More

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Raul was a great tour guide. He had an uncanny ability for spotting animals, had endless knowledge, and was a friendly and funny person. Food was consistently filling and delicious. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. We saw a wide variety of animals during our stay, definitely one of my... More

Ashly, I am sorry if you experience was not as expected. Our guides are not supposed to remove any sloths or other animals from their habitat to show the guests. The animals are to be observed in their natural habitat. However, we cannot control what the local people do, we can only advise them of what is right. Pacaya Samira... More

I booked 5 days and 4 nights expecting a nice lodge in the Amazon. When we arrived found something quite different. The owner is now aware of the problems and promises to fix it, but until that happens do not expect anything like the photos! The staff that are currently there do not speak english and are pretty lazy. No... More

Had a great time on this trip, spent two nights three days in total. Saw a ton of wildlife with our guide Rual who was very knowledgable and grew up in a nearby village. Facilities were good for jungle living - I didnt go hungry! One of the better trips I undertook on my 6 month trip!
