I was visiting the region with my partner in the summer of 2014. The hotel is located in a very beautiful small town. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great, fresh bread and local specialty honey and jam. We didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant. My only criticism is that the room is not very sound... More

We had dinner on an evening in October. The owners are very friendly and the food superb. Homemade, local and very french. Our daughters and us (parents) liked it very much. The restaurant is cosy and the prices absolutely okay. We would like to come back. We also talked with the cat.

This is a fabulous, relatively undiscovered gem. Not only is it the best food that I have eaten in SW France but the rooms and the welcome are beyond comparison. If you are passing within 100 miles of here, do not miss it! I assure you that you won't be disappointed!

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was clean and basic. The owners Yvette and Marc Cordy have a great restaurant in their hotel. The food is top notch and beautifully and artistically presented. The menu was exquisite and each course superb. You have a choice of about 4 different prices for the menu and it is determined... We have stayed in the Auberge twice now and each visit is special. Estelle is a very friendly hostesses who is knowledgable about the area, especially the food and wine of the area. Her husband is the chef and is very imaginative with the local food he cooks. Especially noteworthy is the smoked fois gras. The decor of the dining... More

I cannot praise Marc and Estelle too highly; an exquisite place. When we arrived, we were dismayed to learn that they were not serving dinner that night; Marc tried to find somewhere for us but, when he discovered they were all closed, he made up a tray for us which we enjoyed outside. Our lunch the next day was even... More

We arrived late on a Monday evening. Although the kitchen was closed the chef made us up a magnificent platter of delicacies. Our room was lovely - beautifully decorated and with a fantastic bathroom. Our host were delightful and every comfort was provided. The breakfast was superb with home-made preserves and delicious local baked items. I'd really like to say... More

We stayed here because of its close proximity to Rodez airport and what a great choice it turned out to be. The rooms are modern and comfortable, we had a good nights sleep. The food is exceptional and it did help that Estelle took the time to give us a detailed description of each dish in English. Her husband Marc... More

Restaurant has great food, great service and plenty of charm from the owners and staff. Difficult to know what else to ask for really! We went for Sunday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. People like these need supporting (in these difficult financial times). Lots of local produce and local wines - lovely. No experience of hotel.
