it looked very ordinary from the outside , once inside , we got a lovely welcome , complete with a big smile! The hotel was clean , basic and friendly. We ate in the restaurant , and the food was good-- it is Japanese themed but it had an excellent selection. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything worked...

There were no surprises when we stayed here. It is an older property, but it is clean and the service was friendly. Our room was quite large, there was good water pressure in the shower, and the beds were comfortable. If you need a place to stay for one night, this is a decent choice. The only drawback is location....

Stayed overnight after arriving on Inside Passage ferry. The room and halls smelled quite bad. The room was quite dusty. The bathroom was clean. Linens were clean but old. Its quite far from the main part of town and far to all the restaurants etc so there is nothing there to grab a coffee and breakfast in the morning. I...

Hello Sopito, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We regret that you had a less than perfect stay with us. We have spoken to the house keeping department regarding the odours that you encountered as well as the dust issue. We take great pride in providing guests with a clean comfortable stay. Was exactly what we needed. We were catching the early ferry to Prince Rupert that requires us to be a t Port for 5.30am. This motel is less than 10minutes away. The rooms were spacious and comfy and we even had an outside patio area to sit outside. Very pleasant!

We were given this hotel as part of a package to catch the ferry to Prince Rupert. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. The only thing that drove me a little crazy was my inability to get a wifi connection- although they claim it's there. I was wandering the hall with my ipad and found another guest...

I have stayed there for a night with friends when we were exploring Vancouver Island. Just another motel. Nothing special. Average rooms but clean. Very polite and helpful staff. There is a small liquor store on site and Chinese restaurant. Fine if you would like to stay overnight but no longer.

We spent 2 nights here en route to the Ferry to and from Prince Rupert. It's more like a motel than a hotel with few amenities and little to offer in the way of food, but the receptionist was effiicient, the room large and the location ideal for onward travel.

The inn is located not far from the harbour and most people might stay there before or after their ferry cruise. The rooms are spacious, the interior simple and functional, but clean. We had to leave early in the morning so I can't say anything about breakfast. Due to a misunderstandig my credit card was charged for an additional room,...

The Airport Inn has a retro feel. This is not the Sheraton or like any big chain hotel. Nevertheless, we arrived their after midnight to a friendly reception. It was a quiet and clean room with a comfortable bed. Their was a HUGE mini-fridge in the room which my cousin informed me was probably for fish (salmon are plentiful there)...

Airport Inn Port Hardy. Being only a short drive to B.C Ferry’s terminal this makes a very convenient over night stay - average accommodation clean and comfortable with friendly staff, the attach restaurant is average and convenient would use this location again

“No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, ask for a ground floor room. Also no air con, but that wasn't really a problem because you could open the window wide, and it was very quiet and pleasant out.”
