We are a middle aged couple and have only just found out that trip advisor is anonymous and we didn't want to comment before, we stayed at Ashbourne Heights in the summer of this year as it is not far from where we live in Ilkeston in Derbyshire. We found the rally room very int

We stayed in a cabin with our Granddaughter and dogs. We were overwhelmed with the space, luxury and on site amenities. The highlight was the walk about by a member of staff with his Harris Hawk called Fenney and a bit later his Barn Owl Lola. The staff couldn't be more polite if

Lovely park, clean and tidy. We stayed in a luxury caravan and although it was nice there were a few things wrong that made us feel it wasn’t quite up to the title of “luxury.” For example there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors and the fire surround was hanging off at one e

Apart from under floor heating in the clamping pods are there any other heaters ? Thanks
Hi sapphire1980 No there aren’t. Usually guests find the under floor heating sufficient but we can supply additional heaters if required. Kind regards The Ashbourne Heights team

Hi, could someone tell me the opening hours of the pool please? Thank you
Hi Elle H As mentioned above 10:00 - 5:00, last entry is 4:30. Just so you know you do have to book your slot. Kind regards The Ashbourne Heights team

there are some really bad reviews on here, is it really so bad? We were thinking of booking a touring pitch with ensuite but if its as crammed in as people say I don't fancy it. We like peace and quiet, will we not get that here. Thank you
Hi jumbocod Thanks for your question. Most of the year, our park is quiet and peaceful. We do get busy during school holiday periods and with so many people around, obviously there is more noise at these times. Regarding spacing of our pitches, we adhere to regulations at all times. We do have a park warden, the details of which are provided in our welcome pack, and we encourage guests to report excess noise at late hours so we can rectify the situation. We do hope you may choose to visit us in the future. Kind regards The Ashbourne Heights team
