This hotel is not 5* but to be honest, it was much better than we expected after reading other reviews. The room - clean, comfortable and done every day. Although the mini bar wasn’t restocked as advertised, we really only use our room to shower, change and sleep so it wasn’t a big deal. Bottled water was brought daily. The food was ok. A bit samey every day but there was always something to have and the cakes were lovely. The restaurant is ok. Cleaned regularly and tables cleared quickly. Omer in the restaurant was a lovely young man. Very attentive. The main pool was clean albeit the toilet area at the pool wasn’t very clean. The main toilets in the lobby were fine. The guy running the boat tours is a scream. Funny every day. Typical sales person but he was lovely too with great local knowledge. If you go expecting to get what you paid for, you won’t go far wrong.

We came here with my sister and nephew, we all ate their meals and desserts with great pleasure, the rooms were very well designed and always spotless, and I can't help but mention that the hotel's animators are very funny and sweet people. We were afraid that my nephew would get bored, but he had a great time in the mini club where the animators were located, for 2 hours. We left and saw that we were very pleased with everything, from the general attention to detail, the cleanliness and the taste of the food and drinks.

Unfortunately the hotel let’s down the holiday it’s not the star rating we expect even if we expect less than the UK, in the public areas it’s incredibly dirty and the rooms are dirty to the staff not all but most are unhappy non speaking English and don’t even understand the basics of ordering drinks and cocktails offer in all inclusive. Food wise there is always something if you are happy to repeat what you eat most days and if your going with children be prepared to entertain them yourself, the team do a dance by the pool each day the same one, invite men to water polo and there is a water gym class, one night I watched a Turkish night in the outside area of the hotel which was nice, played bingo you have to pay for which was hard if your English and even if you decide to leave the hotel and walk the lovely 30 min walk into town the bars are only full of locals really and not a lot going on! Prices have increased a lot if you come away from your resort with a breakfast being around £10 it’s not something I normally do but needed to eat after my choice of not eating at the hotel! The hotel attracts and caters very much for the Turkish holiday makers which again is fine but if you go with kids look g to make friends this can be difficult! We went on the boat trip that leaves from the end of the jetty was lovely although was only impressed by the cave stop and again we were the only English people on it, kids club I’m not sure happens on a regular basis no one ever there, spa area lovely I had the Turkish bath and massage package was lovely! I’m not OCD but very clean this was my main issue along with the entertainment and food being repetitive, I spoke with the general manager who sits drinking with friends most days rather than looking at the issues most residents are complaining about only to be snubbed off!! If u are spending a lot on your holiday here and expecting 4 or 5 star then I would be prepared to be disappointed!

If I could give this hotel less than 1* I would!! Avoid this hotel. Just returned from the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Filthy everywhere. We knew it wasn't 5☆ but travelling this holiday with family who were slightly limited on budget from what my husband and I would normally pay we just expected cleanliness at least. The dining room was disgusting, tables not cleaned and ready if you asked for them to be cleaned before everything was wiped down with greasy cloths straight onto the floor and left. Cutlery still had food on them, flies all over the food. Hot meals never hot, lukewarm at the best. I can't Express how filthy it was with words. Toilets were disgusting, Carpets full of grit and dirt. Broken beds and parasols around the pool, the beach full of rubbish and broken tiles and rubble. I am not sure how we managed to to get home without any illness, probably because we hardly ate anything while there. We had no air con working in our room nor fridge, complained about everything from day one and yet nothing was fixed before we left. They did know about the air con because we arrived and a fan was already in the room. Temperatures hitting 35° ,it wasn't easy to actually be in the room. All the walkways had stains and dropped dry food over them and no one actually cleaned anything up. The staff at the hotel were mostly young boys who had no idea how to clean anything and sadly should have been given some training. This hotel is a major health and safety issue . I wrote my name in the grease on one of the reception tables the first day and it was still there when we left. I feel as though we completely wasted our money.
We asked for a late check out room due to having a toddler with us and were told we could have one so long as we put a good review on for them!! Believe me AZURE this is a good review because this hotel should be shutdown.

The "Azure by Yelken" hotel is in a decent location, about a 10-minute taxi ride from Turgutreis (or a 30-minute walk) and around 45 minutes by taxi to Bodrum.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with towels changed daily, although a bath towel was often missing. Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable. While the hotel looks nice from the outside, cleanliness inside leaves much to be desired. In the mornings, there is an unpleasant smell of unknown origin, and the restaurant is often dirty, with a lack of cutlery on the tables and food that is the same every day and mostly cold. The coffee quality was disappointing, and despite Turkey being one of the largest producers of oranges, we couldn't even get orange juice from a carton.
The staff seemed insufficient in number, mostly unmotivated, and with very limited English skills, which made communication difficult. On our last day, we even had to get our own drinks because there was no one to assist us. The reception also faced similar language barriers, which is particularly inconvenient for a hotel in a tourist area. Additionally, the staff responsible for changing beach towels were quite bothersome toward women coming alone, which was uncomfortable.
However, the highlight of our stay was definitely the water sports. The guys working in this area were very friendly, professional, and communicative, with a good command of English, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
The beach is narrow and often crowded, with an insufficient number of sun loungers. Unfortunately, the beach maintenance was also lacking, with litter like cigarette butts, cups, and plates remaining uncollected both overnight and during the day.
Although "Azure by Yelken" has potential, the current level of service and maintenance does not match a 5-star rating and would be more accurately described as 3 stars. With improvements in cleanliness, service, and better communication with guests, the hotel could significantly enhance the experience for visitors.

We could hardly swim in the sea at the hotel where we stayed with my family for 4 nights in August. The hotel is at the seafront, but the beach is very dirty, the entrance to the sea is stony (make sure to bring sea shoes or shoes with you), and the sea was always wavy. We always used the pool. The location of the hotel, the main building, pools, dining venues, pier and beach was good. You don't get tired walking around the hotel. There were no activities to entertain the children. I can't say that the animation is very good. The food is average, you won't go hungry but it's always the same menu and cold food. Desserts are not bad. Be careful in the pools, especially the slides, as injuries may occur. (Broken tiles, iron handles, etc.) The location of the hotel is not bad, it is easy to reach. Cleaning is at a medium level, the garbage from the room was taken every day and mopping was done upon request. The rooms are old and need maintenance. The staff is friendly and diligent, but unfortunately this is not enough for the performance of the hotel. Would I choose it again? I do not think so. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to go.

There is eating and drinking at all hours of the day. Cleaning is very bad and common areas are not cleaned at all. We stayed around the pool for 5 days, and the garbage found on the day we went was cleaned on Friday. Toilets are dirty and smell very bad. The rooms are poorly cleaned from them. The places are colorful. Unfortunately, the bathroom. I can say it was the worst hotel I've ever been to.

It was not a hotel as written in the photos and comments, it was like a 3-star hotel under the name of 5-star. On the day we checked in, we were never informed by the reception. If we were to move to a room, we wanted a room with a double bed, but we were given a room with 2 single beds. When we told the staff, they said they would come, but they did not come. The room was very small, there was a bee's nest on the balcony, the phone in the room was not working and there was no shower. The cabin was very narrow and leaked a lot of water, the bidet faucet was not working, we told them to do it, but they did not care about it either. Room cleaning is not bad, but they do not change the sheets every day, they only give new towels every day. The meals were mostly the same, so don't expect much variety. As for the pools, I never used the main pool, we always used the relax pool, but it was under the name of relax and it had nothing to do with it. Families with children used it, it was never clean. The pool was never clean. The sand grains could fall on your feet. The sea was very stony, the beach was not nice, it was located on the pier. It's impossible to find, everyone leaves their towels and leaves. The employees were not professional at all, both their work clothes and behavior were not nice at all. Mr. Necdet in the restaurant was just very friendly. We couldn't understand how they received an award from this application in 2012.

I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this hotel. It is no where near a 5 star (2 star max) visible dirt everywhere, not a nice place to take kids. The staff are rude and do not speak any English, they laugh at you if you are English and dismiss you. We had multiple issues with this hotel: rooms weren’t clean, safe didn’t work, had to shower with shoes on as it was so unhygienic, beds are rock hard. Food is terrible, only option for break fast is eggs, dinner and lunch was worse, food was re heated multiple times. We had raw chicken & eggs which led to being unwell for 2 of the days. Flies all over the salad spreading god knows what! Broken glass around the pool which took over half an hour to get cleaned up as the staff didn’t speak English and understand when multiple people went up and complained about it and even after they “cleaned” there was still visible shards of glass all next to the pool where people are bare foot. Didn’t see the pools get cleaned once during the week we was there, they was getting more cloudy everyday with broken tiles around& in the pool leading to multiple people cutting themselves.
We paid for all our inclusive yet had to eat out every night in the town for some decent food. There was black mould in the spa changing rooms dirty cups and plates left outside of rooms. The toilets where a state tissue up the walls from the bins not being changed. Our room only got “cleaned” once during our week stay and we had to complain to get them to do this, beds where not changed. Mini bar was not topped up once.
