We used to visit two or three times a year on business, but noticed over time that standards slipped, this seemed to coincide with the major expansion. However after a couple of years away we decided to give it another go and we are glad we did. Standards have risen, not yet back to what they were 10 years ago but more than acceptable. It was cleaner, service has improved and the food was better than before. Will stay again next year with no apprehension

I spent one night. Breakfest met my expectation. Also food in restaurant was tasty I had starter goat cheese an it was great. Crafted beer served in botles was bad surprise. In restaurant was just 12 people and 2 staff we waited long time for beer. On table we had empty glassess but nobody offered more drinks. Next time I will send them for death and I will live forever 😋

We visited the place having purchased a long weekend package. After 4 days I have a bit emotions noticing several pros and cons. Pros: - good location close to Cracow, Ojcowski Park, Energylandia and other attractions - spacious rooms - nice set of outdoor attractions - seasonal open swimming pool, paintball pitch, playground, grill house etc. - interesting SPA offer and two internal 15 swimming pools, 3 saunas, jacuzzi and 4track bowling - local brewery offer Cons - poor selection and quality of food - young poorly trained staff - average quality of sleep (soft twin beds, neighbouring street with roundabout) - the overall standard is more 3 star than the 4 also as the hotel is a bit bartered

Spent three days on business trip. Calling this a 4* property is overstatement, to say least. The amenities are completely worn down and on every step you can see that owners compromise everywhere. The rooms are literally diry, sheets are dirty, cutlery at the restaurant is dirty... The shower cabin barely keeps it together and door handle almost falls off. The staff is mostly youg, incapable of running this place and providing service to guests. They also have organisational problems with keeping agreed schedules. Food at breakfast buffet was cold each day, and so was the dinner, which is quite an achievement. The room was spacious, with enough storage space, large desk and a kettle. A definite no for me, possibly the worst hotel service I have experienced.

A resort looking quite large from outside, with outdoor facilities (which you can use only during the short summer) is over-rated. Well, room sar ebig and beds comfortable. But I have claimed 2 times that the door handle from bathdoor room was broken and nobody repaired it. Light switch in th ebathroom did not work well. The towels quite used - resembled a stay in 2-star hotel. In the cafeteria credit cards were not accepted (although such informati ws at the entrance). Food was rather middle class. Chinese quality furniture and decor of dining room were not of my taste.
