We used to visit two or three times a year on business, but noticed over time that standards slipped, this seemed to coincide with the major expansion. However after a couple of years away we decided to give it another go and we are glad we did. Standards have risen, not yet back to what they were 10 years ago but more than acceptable. It was cleaner, service has improved and the food was better than before. Will stay again next year with no apprehension

I spent one night. Breakfest met my expectation. Also food in restaurant was tasty I had starter goat cheese an it was great. Crafted beer served in botles was bad surprise. In restaurant was just 12 people and 2 staff we waited long time for beer. On table we had empty glassess but nobody offered more drinks. Next time I will send them for death and I will live forever 😋

We visited the place having purchased a long weekend package. After 4 days I have a bit emotions noticing several pros and cons. Pros: - good location close to Cracow, Ojcowski Park, Energylandia and other attractions - spacious rooms - nice set of outdoor attractions - seasonal open swimming pool, paintball pitch, playground, grill house etc. - interesting SPA offer and two internal 15 swimming pools, 3 saunas, jacuzzi and 4track bowling - local brewery offer Cons - poor selection and quality of food - young poorly trained staff - average quality of sleep (soft twin beds, neighbouring street with roundabout) - the overall standard is more 3 star than the 4 also as the hotel is a bit bartered

Spent three days on business trip. Calling this a 4* property is overstatement, to say least. The amenities are completely worn down and on every step you can see that owners compromise everywhere. The rooms are literally diry, sheets are dirty, cutlery at the restaurant is dirty... The shower cabin barely keeps it together and door handle almost falls off. The staff is mostly youg, incapable of running this place and providing service to guests. They also have organisational problems with keeping agreed schedules. Food at breakfast buffet was cold each day, and so was the dinner, which is quite an achievement. The room was spacious, with enough storage space, large desk and a kettle. A definite no for me, possibly the worst hotel service I have experienced.

A resort looking quite large from outside, with outdoor facilities (which you can use only during the short summer) is over-rated. Well, room sar ebig and beds comfortable. But I have claimed 2 times that the door handle from bathdoor room was broken and nobody repaired it. Light switch in th ebathroom did not work well. The towels quite used - resembled a stay in 2-star hotel. In the cafeteria credit cards were not accepted (although such informati ws at the entrance). Food was rather middle class. Chinese quality furniture and decor of dining room were not of my taste.

the main asset of that place is spa, treatments you can order there, good restaurant offering local specialities and small brewery making craft genuine beers, staff was gentle, rooms are ok but nothing special

Went there for October Fest event with a group of friends. Check in took much time, but this is due to lot of people in cue. There is only one elevator going to 4'th floor, so another cue. Room was big, but poorly design (a bathroom in the middle making it like two separate rooms). First day service in restaurant was OK. later on buffet dinner not so - they couldn't bring missing food choices on time so many plates was empty. Pool was OK, but changing room cold. October Fest event was in separate building with nice Bavarian like music, but the band leave at 10 pm and rest of the evening only DJ was entertaining the crowd.

We arrived to the property the rooms were nice but when we went for the supper buffet it was dirty right from the utensils, to the tablecloths and the buffet utensils. I personally changed my own table linen the food was cold . Next day at breakfast there were no seats, food ran out no beverages. It was one of the worst restaurant you could think off. Can you believe they have one set of salt and pepper shaker in the whole buffet. The hygiene in the restaurants has a lot to desire . Wet plates , inadequate staffing levels and on . I spoke to the Hotel Manager or director and the restaurant manager. May be he is first time in his role. I hope they will improve as they have the equipment however the staff needs training , supervision and support

Despite the title of this review, I decided to write a few words anyway but more to warn rather than encourage. And equally despite other reviews I am far from enthusiastic about this place. First of all, no idea how it was awarded 4 stars. The room we were allocated in was large but...windows had no proper curtains or blinds so in summer you are woken up by a rising sun at e.g. 4:30, the door handle in the bathroom was shaky so it was dangerous to close the door not to be left inside with a handle in your hand. The bathroom had not been renovated for ages - but anyway from the beginning it must have been built in haste as there are holes in between the tiles. Forget their shampoo and shower gel - bring your own to a 4 star place.. the ones you get there can serve to washing your socks at most. Beds are uncomfortable and mattresses worn out. Food is neither good nor bad as are the facilities (e.g. a pool and saunas). Generally speaking, it looks like the hotel has not been refreshed or renovated since its early days. I was there for a conference but would never go back - also given its location in the middle of nowhere.

Although vastly extended in the past couple of years, the place has not lost its appeal, perfect place to unwind after a days work, Nice pool area and small gym. The wife loves the spa beauty part of the hotel. The restaurant serves great food, varied choices although sometimes lacking in atmosphere if not many diners. Breakfast is adequate. Staff are multi lingual so no problems there. Have stayed in both double rooms and suites, everywhere is clean, you have great views of the forest and countryside, and it is totally quiet. A haven
