We camped here labour day weekend with our grandaughter. We had a blast! The price was a little high but we have been to similar private parks that were not nearly as nice. It is clean and well kept, sites are large and there is lots for kids to do. However if you want peace and quiet this is not... More

After visiting our family here in the spring we loved it so much we bought a trailer and moved in beside them on a seasonal site! Purchasing our trailer and selecting our site was quick, easy and painless through the sales department. Great amenities, friendly staff, nice neighbours. A real family atmosphere. Extremely speedy service when I asked and paid... More

Stayed here because we couldn't get a spot at Sandbanks. We had a 19 foot trailer and found the spots to be more than adequate and nicely spaced out, at the lake side plots. This place is absolutely huge, and if you stay close to the lake you will need a bike or golf cart to get around. Lots of... More

My husband and I are in the campground right now and having some serious problems. We attempted to contact the front desk last night with no help whatsoever... We've been here one week today with another one to go at Pebble Beach. All was wonderful until Thursday night when the site right beside ours got filled along with 3 other... More

We returned for a second year in a row. Kids enjoyed the new basketball courts by the water and abundance of biking. Spent a lot of time at the very nice pool. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

We stayed at the lake front, rough camping. Last year we thought this would not be possible this year as they put up cottages where we used to camp but they opened up a field to the left of the pull through serviced sites. The 'field' is just that. Rough, gravel and many small twig like stumps that are waiting... More

Hello Karina, Thank you for taking the time to review our park. Our new unserviced section at the waterfront isn't as developed as the previous section. Your site did have a beautiful view of Lake Ontario, where you can enjoy amazing sunrises. It is a short walk to the other section for swimming and picnicking. We did repair the septic... More

We stayed just for one night but booked for 2 with another couple. The lady booked us for 2 sites cause we were 4 adults or 1 site and charged us for extra 2 adults. We had no problem paying for the first night we were not there for but she still charged us for the extra adults that were... More

We have camped here 3 years in a row and despite the good pool facility we find the supervision of noisy and disrespectful guests to be seriously lacking. The Provincial Park near by would not tolerate the noise and disruption that some guests cause. It will definitely be time for us to choose this as a more family friendly place... More

Where do I begin.... We booked waterfront. Nope. Not on water. Overpriced yup! This is the most expensive campground we have stayed in and it is not worth it. So glad we only booked 2 days instead of the week we were going to. Staff doesn't like job

Hello Don, Thank you for taking the time to review our park. We feel our prices are very competitive with campgrounds offering similar services and facilities. We have 2.2km of waterfront along Lake Ontario and an inlet into a harbour for protected boat mooring. As well our waterfront sites are 40' * 75' in size and have 20,30 and 50... More

Several year-round homes, and room for thousands of trailers, mobiles and tents with ample space to share. Constantly expanding sites. New facilities: marina, lagoon with laundry and confectioners, splash pad and pool, rec hall, horses, a mile+ of private beach on Lake Ontario, lounge and more... Safe and secure, peaceful and clean. Reasonably priced. A well-run family operation worth your... More
