Funky beds, poorly made; the shower faucets were plumbed backwards and barely worked. There was sketchy free wifi that my tablet warned against using. The service was minimal. There was a thoughtless guest making a loud phone call in the stairwell that echoed through our walls such that I got up and went out to ask to quiet down. She...

The exterior and lobby are deceiving, the rooms and hallways are very dated. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Bathrooms had a toilet and tub but the sink was located in the entry of the room itself. Make sure you ask for a room that is not above the bar! We were not told upon booking that our room was...

This was by far the most expensive room that we stayed in on our 14 day trip and by far the worst. The wifi would not work for me. My husband managed to log on but was cut off after about 20 minutes. The towels and sheets are pretty old and tired like everything else in the room and the...

I stopped for the evening on a trip to Whitehorse (I had planned to drive straight from Fort Nelson but it was getting dark and nearly -30). While some people may dislike the wallpaper the large Creek scene in my room (102) was nice. The bathroom was small with dated fixtures, but clean and serviceable. The beds were comfortable, the...

This place had it all, almost: hotel, restaurant, grocery store. A surprisingly good hotel, of fairly recent construction. Lots of parking. Good bed and pillows, small bathroom (especially the sink area). Wi-fi was flakey and limited. Restaurant served up good food for bother dinner and breakfast. Staff were quite friendly.

We visited this hotel with a group of 10 people on the way to Whitehorse. The service was very friendly. The rooms are not really sexy. The internet was not working unfortunately, but it was temporary issue.

In a small town where accommodation options are limited, this 3 star hotel provided a comfortable room and bed. We had dinner at the attached restaurant which was fine, although breakfast the next morning was limited to cold food only. The hotel is close to the Northern Lights Centre and the Sign Post Forest (see my reviews of them) and...
