We visited this hotel with a group of 10 people on the way to Whitehorse. The service was very friendly. The rooms are not really sexy. The internet was not working unfortunately, but it was temporary issue.

In a small town where accommodation options are limited, this 3 star hotel provided a comfortable room and bed. We had dinner at the attached restaurant which was fine, although breakfast the next morning was limited to cold food only. The hotel is close to the Northern Lights Centre and the Sign Post Forest (see my reviews of them) and... More

I would recommend trying to find somewhere else but if you are stuck it's adequate. Weird place and weird policy of a security deposit. Paper thin floors so you can hear everything above you. Tv and Internet is good. Other places we called were full.

We arrived very late and were up early the next morning so didn't use any of their facilities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable though. It was a bit odd to have linoleum floor, haven't seen that ever in a hotel bedroom. Couldn't figure out how to get the tv to find a channel, so would recommend you be... More

The room we had here did not look like the photos- but ok in a town where there is not a lot of choice. Friendly staff, no breakfast included but there is a restaurant onsite. We ate up the road at Kathy's kitchen - it doesn't look like much but don't let that stop you- the service was great and... More

Well??? consider you're in the Yukon and things roll a little different when it comes to Hotels, this Hotel looks modern from the outside and is in fairly good condition, the service was good and the rooms comfortable and quite, probably geared more for hunters than family or couples but still worth the money in Watson Lake.

I'm not sure why this place gets bad reviews, I found it to be perfect for the 1 night I stayed. The room was clean and quiet and the bathroom, although narrow, was just fine. The attached restaurant was very good and the service was great. I would definitely stay again if I ever come back.
