Make sure you get 16,18, 23 on your on the beach side of access trail for you tent spot. Otherwise your in forest. Also use the upper toilets as the lower out houses fill up fast. Beach is nice and there is a great sunset view spot to the lookers left on beach up through a cove on low tide.

I am not a camper and decided I'd try a yurt experience with my friends. We were happy to get a yurt (#15) close to washrooms and tucked away in the forest, but the ones on the ocean had the most amazing views, so if you book early enough get one of those. Negatives: -Road is gravel and steep in... More

2 adults and a child of 10 camped ocean side for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time there. We were in site 15, and although it was a bit small (picnic table was half the size of a regular table), it was not an issue for us. If you want to book a camping site, I would suggest calling... More

The yurts were amazing! They are equiped with beds, water, heat, power, showers, washrooms, views, glamping at its finest!! Having the beach as a backyard & at times a classroom were both great. Buy the food & the snacks before getting there as it is a bit away from all the shops, but it is great break from the 'escaping... More

I am not a camping person, but stayed in a large yurt at Wya Point. Watching the stars at night and listening to the waves was simply magical. The surroundings were amazing. The yurt was suited for four persons and had a huge BBQ, but could have done with four chairs and a table to sit and dine and a... More

This is an amazing spot! Staff are friendly and helpful, even helped me book our ferry ticket back to Vancouver. This place is idyllic, peaceful and so relaxing with the most amazing views. The lodges have your basic kitchen equipment, with a gas BBQ in the balcony. There are also fire pits down on the beach. We had a great... More

Wya Point is a most beautiful location at the edge of the forest and ocean. The many people who work there are friendly and responsive and appeared to appreciate our thank yous for the hard working service in the off-grid location. The place is obviously very popular with a wide range of guests...wedding parties, families, dog owners, and couples on... More

We rented a camp site and we had family that rented a yurt. The camp site was beautiful with an amazing view but the yurt was not great. Firstly our family was promised (over and over again via telephone ) a ocean front yurt and they were given a yurt that was deep in the trees ....no view of the... More

Stand in front of your picture window, look out at the perfect beach cove 100 yards away and enjoy the peace and quiet. Until sunset... when it gets even better. We rented Sea Lion cabin for $269.00 per night and it was well worth it. Whoever designed the space knows west coast style inside out. The main floor had a... More

This place was Amazing. Very clean and modern. The views of the beach are the best out of all the cabins. Plus it's right at the end so it's very private. It is fully loaded and has a huge gas bbq for cooking up some sea food. It would have been nice it the bbq was on the ocean side... More
