I stayed there one night of four and left. They refused to refund my prepayed 4 night stay. Flood in room. Fire Alarm in middle of night. crack smoking in Hall outside door, poor internet service, crappy heater, police visit to hotel. I am suing them for my money they kept. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!

The first night I was there the police were there also. They warned me to be vigilant. They are called to the property on a regular basis. The parking area is filthy so my first impression wasn't good. I had originally been in a room on the 2nd floor the people above me paced and stomped across their room the...

The receptions was dodgy at best - saying they had overbooked to direct us to a next door motel costing the same, and then when we tried...

there were a variety of helpful staff and it was a great (amazing!) price for such a nice stay. the rooms were clean and neat, which was a definite requirement that they met, and even more expensive hotels don't always follow. would come again!

I rented what I thought was a decent suite for a week. Pre paid 5 nights on my credit card. ( which by the way is non refundable). When I got up to my room it smelled like urine. There was a dirty needle in the drawer in the bedside table. There were 2 used condoms behind the bed on...

Dirty and poorly maintained. Please avoid unless you have to. You get what you pay for. We stayed there because all hotel in Vancouver were booked. The receptionist was helpful but the hotel just isn't for families. Smoke smell all over the place.
