We stayed in Willow Beach in summer 2008 and paid about $1400-1500 for the 2 bdrm ctg. Cons: We felt our cottage was not consistent with the rental rates - very run down and not particularly clean (spiderwebs on the ceiling and mildew around the bathtub and on the shower curtains, smelly bathroom fixtures - “Yaki” as my son commented)…... Our family spent a week at Willow Beach August 2008 and we all had a wonderful time! The property is very nice the beach is sandy and kids friendly. We had a lot of fun on the slide and the rope swinging into the water .There are also a rowboat, canoes and paddleboats available fee of charge. In the evenings... More

While the beach was nice, the kids club was good and the playground for the children was decent, there were significant negatives to contend with. Firstly, we found the cottage was very basic and run down. The walls were paper thin and there was mold in the bathroom. Substandard for what one would expect given the cost of the cottage... More

We’ve been to Willow Beach a few times over the last several years, during different seasons, and have really enjoyed it. The great thing about it is that family, in their 80’s, can go sit in the chairs by the lake and have a peaceful quiet time (Photo 6) while the children and young people are at the beach on... More

Had the opportunity to stay with family who had booked a week at Willow Beach. The cottages are pretty standard northern Ontario frame 2 and 3 bedders - all seemingly in pretty good condition. The "beach" on Lake Kashagawigamog is about 20 meters wide, with a small swimming platform and slide. The cottages are generally set far enough apart so... More

We've been going to Willow Beach for +/- 12 years now. Before kids and now with the kids. We know of families who have been going there for over 20 years! Our children consider it their cottage and have a lot of fun every summer. The beach is safe and great, the rope swing into the water is a blast.... More

We recently stayed at the Willow Beach Cottages and had a wonderful time. It was pet friendly and our dogs loved it too! The cottages were very clean and roomy and the owners were very nice. We would definately go back there.

We have been going to Willow Beach for 8 years. We have always found the staff friendly, cooperative and very efficient. The cabins were always very clean and the kitchens well stocked with utensils. If there were ever a problem it was handled quitely and courteously. The Monday night welcome get togethers have been fun and a great ice breaker... More
