Wanted to spend a few days outside the city where we didn't have to rent a cottage. This place was perfect for what we were looking for. I have two young boys who love to swim so having the indoor heated pool was essential. Couldn't get them out! Outdoor pool was nice as well. Overlooks the pond. The resort is... More

Pleasant receptionist to sign in. Queen room was fairly spacious and clean. White cotton shower curtain, deep bath tub. Bed was comfortable. Internet is excellent, very easy to get onto. HDMI cable access through the TV for ITunes. It's a bit bare bones for $230+++for the night: thin thin towels, only one little tablet of soap, no shower cap, clear... More

We had a queen room in the main resort complex for 2 nights. The photos look better than the room. Nothing fancy but it overlooked the pond which was a pleasant view, but it also faced the highway which was noisy at times. You could tell things were in need of repair in places. We could hear work being done... More

Tried the new Stone 21 at Pinestone. Food was really good. One entree arrived at table late and was not charged / comped. We have stayed at Pinestone in the winter season as our local cottage is not winterized. The kids loved the indoor pool.

The Pinestone is under new management and they are trying to do things right. The restaurant has been revamped and renamed. It is now called Stone 21 and sports a new modern atmosphere and a new menu. The food is great - well prepared, nicely presented and delicious. Service is quite good, but can slow down during rush periods. There... More

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Pinestone august 6th 2016. We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received. The wait staff was great, good food and very helpful. The events coordinator Stephanie did a fantastic job before and during the reception. She was pleasant to work with and took initiative which was much appreciated... More

Because I had to give this so called "resort" a score, I gave it a 1 out of 5 even though it deserves a HUGE zero. We should have known what we were in for when we walked into the front entrance let me start: The air conditioning wasn't working Musty smell Carpets were dirty and loose with ridges and... More

Talk about a bunch of disengaged employees! Nobody at the front desk feels the least bit inclined to be friendly or helpful. The restaurant staff is similarly disengaged. You have to ask for everything. It costs a lot of money to stay here and the place looks pretty run down. The peeling shingles, outdated decor, leaks, rough looking golf course,... More

Our family spent five nights at this resort. We chose this resort because my husband had stayed four years ago and it was nice back then. We found the staff friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, HOWEVER, the condition of the buildings, grounds and pool area were disappointing to say the least. They have... More

Booked an accessible room which did not have suitably located handrails or toilet frame and was very sparsely furnished and tired. The General Manager explained that the rooms were to be upgraded and agreed they weren't of the standard required. The restaurant food was fine with good service All the staff helped as much as they could Hopefully will be... More
