Hotel restaurant with good value for money. The rooms are not very large and the bathrooms are very small but functional and pleasant. Everything is very clean… We had a little “hiccup” because we had not been informed that on Monday and Tuesday, dinners were subject to an imposed menu… Fortunately, Benjamin, the young chef, made up for it by exceptionally offering us our choice… and it was divine! Thank you thank you Benjamin… Maybe you should consider indicating it on the website so we know when booking! Obviously the tarte tatin is top top top... The spa was not open for treatments unfortunately but we still took advantage of the sauna and hammam which were very pleasant!

Very average cuisine based on overcooked and probably frozen fish (from St Pierre) and an 8 euro supplement on a €39 menu for smoked salmon. The duck was well cooked. As a starter, the vegetable tartare is bland and of no interest. Disappointed for this family visit to the restaurant of the Hotel Tatin where the tart is perhaps the original recipe but which is so saturated with sugar that some did not finish it...

We spent a night as a couple at La Maison Tatin, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is a true cocoon of charm, with elegant decoration and a warm atmosphere that invites relaxation. The spa is a haven of peace, ideal for rejuvenating. We particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for a moment of relaxation for two. The massage was pure happiness, a soothing atmosphere and a special attention to our well-being. Thank you, Marion! An ideal place for a romantic and relaxing break.

Horrible experience at Maison Tatin. Our family gave us a gift voucher to enjoy a meal and massages. After two cancellations in succession (cook scalded, masseuse unavailable), we finally book meals and afternoon massages. Two days before, I was informed that the masseuse was no longer part of the staff and that the second masseuse who was supposed to intervene never existed...(!) Which in itself is already very frustrating. On site, no apology from the manager, no gesture, only a litany of justifications which we had no use for and the guarantee that we will be reimbursed for the excess of our gift voucher. At the table, our enthusiasm was already very low. But an employee also had the nerve to ask us at the table to send our gift voucher, as if it couldn't wait until the end of our meal. I get up to do it at the entrance, but they refuse it to me, asking me to send it from my table, the employee remaining in front of us like a security guard. The icing on the cake, on the bill, the reimbursement of the excess of the gift card was refused to us by the same employee and the manager was obviously unavailable to reiterate her commitment. Bottom line, for a wasted afternoon, no action and what's more, we leave it out of our pocket. Obviously, we will never set foot in this establishment again which deserves much better management.

Absolutely abominable! To actually flee! HYGIENE 0/10 Poor experience. Reception closed at 8pm huge worries of cleanliness, sheep of dust, hair, hair, sheets not changed with hair everywhere, sheets to vomit. (Insect supplement in the shower) I come to the closed reception, so I came across someone in the kitchen to explain the case so he called his colleague, she came to see the extent of the filth of the room. I was then switched rooms and it was exactly the same problem! Fortunately in this one the sheets were changed (it’s already that...) but the state of the bathroom floor with dog hair all over the room, the bedside table I had to put tissues to be able to put things on. Fortunately I was offered a herbal tea as compensation. Didn’t the receptionist the next day seem surprised? She simply said “I note I will talk about it” , while I spent a horrible night not counting the change of room etc etc etc etc Conclusion: to flee

A refined setting, tasty and quality dishes, a pleasant welcome and a special feeling in this establishment steeped in history... The starters are particularly successful and "The" dessert without comment To do without fail if you are in the region

SPA: place with a lot of potential which deserves some improvements such as - someone at reception to introduce the places - background music - bathrobes - armchairs on the ground floor - more heating upstairs - a Jacuzzi
Too bad the hamam wasn't working. The salt wall is very pleasant as is the relaxation area upstairs.
TEA Time tasting with tarte tatin: The pie was delicious and filling. Cream could be offered as an accompaniment.

Stopover break in this hotel fearing the Tatin cliché. Nothing of the sort! Charming staff, very neat modern decor, sophisticated cuisine, very good breakfast. Stop without fear at this charming hotel We take note of the address

Very friendly reception by the hotel staff. Room was renewed, modern furniture and clean, all accommodations are present.
We reserved a family room (separate area for the kids), however that number of rooms seemed limited and the kids slept in beds in our room. The hotel gave us a compensation for this.
Nice breakfast, spaceous garden and a secure parking lot.
The history of the hotel (linked to tarte tatin) is nice, however the hotel could do more with this history perhaps?
The tarte tatin in the restaurant is a recommendation, as well as this hotel!

Response from Jean-Jacques MAIGNAN, Directeur général at La Maison Tatin
Responded Aug 9, 2021
Dear customer, Thank you very much for your commentary. We have 2 family rooms but, effectively, one of them have 2 separate rooms and the other is a large single room... Concerning the history of our hotel, of course we have such a great story telling and we are working on it but things don't goes as fast as we would like... very sincerely
