Lovely food, sercive oriented and kids-friendly personnel, saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool and outdoor playground for kids. We visited as an extended family of 20 people and had a great time. We will be back for sure!

The areal of the hotel is just beautiful and you can make long walks just in the surrounding. The restaurant serves delishes food - local cuisine on a high level. The staff was very accommodating and the massage was excellent!

We had our wedding in Palac brunow and as much as both us and our guests loved the place and the nature around it in addition to the food which was really tasty. I am giving the place 2 stars because we were very disappointed by the service of our wedding Manager/planner and the receptionists. The staff of the restaurant were extremely helpful though specially Charles who everyone just adored as he was going the extra mile. The staff isn't equipped to give the top notch experience for a destination wedding, they expected everything to be handled by us and were very dismissive. There is a lack of small touches like flowers or champagne in the room for congratulations or even a small note. In a nutshell if you are planning to have your wedding there, keep in mind you need to be very hands on and lower your expectations towards the service and treatment you are getting. I would also not recommend going with the wedding planning offer they have, you will end up doing everything alone anyway. I could list specific examples of things that went wrong but I think this summarizes the whole experience.

We loved this hotel. Very beautiful buildings and landscape. The price was right. Breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is remote, about 30 mins from Boleslowic due to the road construction on the main road. Pet friendly, just let them know ahead of time, about $6 per day. Very romantic area.

We followed advice from previous pottery shoppers and stayed at the Palac Brunow. Very rural location and during this time of year there were very few guests. The bartender made outstanding drinks and the dinner was supurb. The spa and pool area is a nice way to relax after a day in Boleslawiec. The only downfall is driving to the hotel on the narrow Polish roads that are in horendous condition. I've driven on dirt/gravel roads that are in better shape. Overall and excellent experience
