Comfortable room with AC and with quite presentable private bath. The restaurant prepared a great pique lo macho for our group of six. There is a decent sized lobby with Wi-Fi. The rear of the hotel has an inviting pool with nice seating areas. The rooms were quiet and provided a needed rest after a long day trip.

This hotel is great in all aspects. Above all, being in a small town, far away from big cities, this hotel is run very well. The building in which is housed is historic, with 2 lovely courtyards. Rooms are a bit small and beds are not that great, but it is quiet, so get a good sleep.

A very comfortable hotel in San Ignacio, with the town's only working (if overpriced) internet access, and delicious, if overpriced, food! The feel of the hotel is a bit corporate rather than cosy and charming, but it is very comfortable with all mod cons that you don't usually expect in Bolivia - hot water and air con. Fresh and beautifully cooked surubi fish in the hotel 'restaurant' for dinner. Breakfasts are less special and suffer in my opinion from the excessively attentive staff who won't even let you pour your own juice at the buffet or put your own napkin on your lap which I find intensely irritating, if well-meaning. Very comfy bed; nice courtyard garden, and helpful and friendly reception staff. Also a garage out the back for you to park your own vehicle in safely.

We didn't stay at this hotel, we only ate there. The staff were accommodating and did their best, but no way can this be described as a five-star hotel. No vegetarian option on the menu, no possibility of a glass of wine (only a bottle), and a salad consisting of lettuce and cheese for which they charged us BOB 35.

A good location in the main square, small but comfortable room, bathroom had a bath, not just a shower, which was very welcome. Attractive inner courtyard with the restaurant/breakfast room and another courtyard with a small swimming pool. We ate dinner in the hotel as it seemed a better option than anything in the town and the food was good. Slow in coming but just one woman was doing everything, and we sat and played cards and enjoyed our drinks so were quite happy!

A beautiful hotel in an old residence, comfortable in the city center. The cheapest rooms are quite dark and there is continuous music in the restaurant, which is a shame. But the places have charm and the breakfast is filling.
