Accommodation is very private, calm, comfortable, but the location is worth for the price, but can be understood, the price may be high because the dog can stay. The dog charge is not inclusive with the room price. Dog's accomodate an additional 1,000 / night Facility is nothing much to do. Dog are not allow to use the pool, it turns out that the accompanying dog doesn't have any activity,Just changing the play to stay with your pet. Dirty pool not even clean before guest check-in, Leave spread all over the pool and sunbed, also white spot found on the cough. Check in (15:00) - Check out (11:00) is very harsh. In conclusion, this hotel took 4 hrs driving from Bangkok city to sleep, wake up and go back. I can't do anything. Because they don't have that much time and activities to do. Spa close at 5 pm. Defective service notification: When booking, ask the office, there is a "notification that a 20% discount for food and spa" - But when arriving, we have to order roomservices because it raining Therefore, not through the rain, walked to the dining room The office worker serving food said that 20% of the roomservice was not included. When going to the spa, the office worker informed that booking must be place in advance which at that time it was full. Not complete information enough and received proper answer from the Manager that all information is reported in the Comfirm statement But did not answer about the spa (Maybe being a Manager something has to weigh and buy the hearts of customers Because it's just a small matter with 20%, but the action today Is that we would like to buy with This hotel has branches all over But pushes the burden on customers only that they have to read the Comfirm card But didn't look at that The staff informs the customer incompletely and unclear information. Think about it. The size of the hotel, grades lower. The staff also gave more completely information than this. “Almost 90%, no one reads the confirm card after paying for it. It will open up again to check the date we must have to visit (but it is a bad thing, this is our mistake) " The hotel has a high private level (far from prosperity), so Having a food has to be take at the hotel. If you want to drive out to eat by yourself, go into Hua Hin 30. minutes, Prachuap 20-30 minutes. More importantly, call yourself a hotel for the dog, but No swimming pool for dogs. You can only play in the sea (of course, if you can't play, we recommend closing the hotel, let's go) even in a long line to bath the dog before entering the room or in the room. Not yet available Take him to the sea There is only a rain shower in front of the way, really made for children. In conclusion, the cost of finding a place to take children to change the mattress for this trip Which if you have consciousness at home, you can get all the room + dog 7,000 baht 4 food costs 2,000 baht (choose to order Italian food, because I know that I still do not regret the cost of Thai-basil with pork as 320 baht ), gas for round trip 2,000 baht (95 gas), round up as 11,000 baht, nothing at all 🙂 It is a trip that feels like a waste of money. However, I would like to apologize that the service from our Front Office staff was less informative and does not provide useful information which led to misunderstandings, and any inconvenience caused. I have shared your comment with the team for their immediate improvement. Nevertheless, kindly do note that indeed we are pets friendly, but we do care of all guest's hygiene and is the main reason that pets are not allowed to be in the swimming pool, but only in the sea. Regarding to water hose, it is available and can be provided upon guest's request for showering the little buddy. Markmno, again apologize that our staff did not provide full information. - Seclude location with pretty much nothing nearby, decent restaurants is 20+ kilometers away. - Pet allow - Very bad breakfast..... - We visited in June and the property is full of mosquitoes and the beach is not swimmable due to the sea insects that bite (I don't know what they are called)

Dear bukibuki, Thank you for sharing your feedback of you recent stay. Our hotel is indeed in a secluded location which is perfect for your "get away" from the crowd experience which is probably what everyone are looking for during this pandemic. However, apologize that our breakfast was not up to standard as we have changed it to "hygiene breakfast" and required more staff for service than usual which service may delay, buffet is replaced with a la carte menu, but we are sure that all dishes are extremely clean with all hygiene procedures. Nevertheless, we have also increased the pest control frequency for the resort to reduce mosquitoes. Great property in a secluded location in Kui Buri. Nice beach. However, service was very disappointing, especially at the reception. They kept saying no to our ordinary requests and were very inflexible. Used to be our favorite resort to enjoy with our family and pets. PS. No good quality facial tissue available in the room. Bring your own tissue!

We have stayed over the night driving from Phuket to Bangkok. The hotel itself is pretty, quiet and pet-friendly. Food selection is quite narrow but the taste was over expectation (dinner). This aside, the service was able to live up our expectations, starting from the arrival, the reception was first informed that our room didn't come along with breakfast so we send the confirmation to Khun Nui - Front Office Manager, she was so calm and handle this in the way of professional personnel does. Housekeeping was friendly all the way and fast work. On the next day, we got a call from reception that our car got a flat tyre. Now I would like to specially compliment to two guys, one is the bellboy and another one is from the engineering team who have had help us change the tyre, my apologies of forgetting their names but I would like to inform the management to recognise their help which meant a lot to us in somewhere we don't get used to. Thanks so much for such a nice job. Would definitely recommended!

It’s my first time to have a dog in our trip. We’re looking for a good resort which my children and my dog can join happiness together. X2 is a good place for dog’s lover. There management about cleaning dog smell is quite good. We feel clean and relax here. We stayed at luxury pool villa which two stories with a small private pool. Dog can walk around the resort and can bring her to the resort restaurant. However the owner have to able controlling your dog. We enjoy here very much.
