We stayed 02 nites from coming back to Quebec. Hotel is located on main Autoroute 20 (main highway coming from Quebec). Large Parking Lot, neat & clean hotel, checkin was quick, spacious room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, but the only 03 complains we have, 1) very basic breakfast, no fresh fruits BUT Tin/ Packaged/ Sugar Syrup dipped Fruits, also 2) French TV Channels only, no English TV Channels 3) Very Weak Wifi. If they can overcome with these 3 things, im sure they will get more ratings and stars from travelers.

We went to Montreal as a family for my nieces 7th birthday party to visit LaRonde and we chose to stay here. For the complimentary breakfast, 6 kids and one adult were sitting at a table. I came in and went to a single table behind their table because there was no more space at the table. The server walked by and rudely said that we were in the way, so I moved. Four more adults entered the breakfast area (I should probably note that we are black) and the server/hostess didn’t greet or seat them, and they walked in to meet with us. As soon as they stepped into the restaurant, the server, Emmanuelle, came in yelling with two jugs of orange juice in her hands saying “I’ve already told you to move! If I drop these jugs of orange juice on your head ITS YOUR FAULT). There were two empty tables and the 4 adults went to sit at one, then got up to get their food from the buffet. As they walked away, Emmanuelle greeted another family and seated them at the SAME TABLE she just yelled at the 4 adults to sit at. I pointed it out to her, and she walked over to me yelling “who the f*** are you? What are you?” With her hands flying in my face as if she was about to fight me in front of all of the children and families. Luckily, her manager walked in at that exact time to tell her she had to stop. From there, she walked over to another server to complain, while slamming everything she touched and making a scene. The second server walked by to warn all the other guests “my apologies, she’s just a B****” in front of all kids and families, once again. Disgusting and the highest level of unprofessionalism I’ve ever experienced.

Basic room, clean, beds comfortable. Older hotel. Curtains did not block sunlight very well so we woke up early. Price seemed high for quality of hotel. Paid extra (145 CA plus tax) for 2 queen beds but only given 3 towels for 4 people. Soaps and toiletries were very small. AC worked well. Location was good for overnight stop heading to USA

Price is okay, pool is okay, but is too bad the sauna was close during my stay. Breakfast is decent. Location is a bit far from city. The room condition totally standard. The service not so great, the reception not so friendly, guess one reception person is too busy and work overload to handle many check in and check out.

My stay at WelcomInns was very brief for business. I was hesitant at first but decided to choose this hotel because the reviews were great and the price was good (not as expensive as surrounding hotels and it included breakfast). My stay for one night was pleasant- room was a good size, front desk staff was very nice, everything was as expected. Unfortunately I didn’t get chance to try the breakfast because I was too late. If I do go back to Boucherville, I will definitely stay here again:)
