Hotels in Campbelton are in short supply and the Quality Hotel is often at or near capacity. It would be easy for the owners to let the property go downhill without much investments. Fortunately, the owners have started an important rebovation project at this property which should move this hotel in the "above average" category What I liked: Very friendly...

While it looks a bit tired, we were happy with the hotel. We found all the staff to be super friendly and eager to please us with special requests. We had 2 rooms on 2 nights. The first room had a sofa and the second (supposedly larger) hada large table and no sofa. And it was more expensive. The room...

Entered the interesting hotel lobby with a very warm greeting from the hotel's receptionist. Our clean, renovated room had a practical layout and also and most importantly a comfortable bed. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient.

This is a nice hotel right on the river. Offers a really good view of the river if you are on that side. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Next time I'm in the area will stay here.

We were in Campbellton for a week doing training and so not only stayed at the hotel but used their conference services. Staff are wonderful - cheerful, friendly, so so helpful. As regular users of conference facilities we could not have asked for better staff support and the facilities were great, comfy chairs, well lit, lots of lighting options, good...

Came to spend one night here at the end of June 2016 and we found our room to be very dark, run down and depressing. When we asked to see another room it was the same. Of course the desk clerk said no one had ever complained about the rooms before! So we left and drove down to Dalhousie and...

What you see is what you get.... a very tired hotel, needs of major renovations and refreshing. Rooms are run down. No gym. Minimum TV service with 5-6 channels. Dysfunctional and outdated bathroom. The restaurant serves awful food. Attached to some sort of depressing mall. Too bad the view was nice.... dont recommend it at all and wont come back.

Newly renovated hotel in downtown. Great location for snowmobiles on the trail and next to bridge for passage to Quebec. Attached bar and restaurant is a great spot to hang out with great food. Will definitely stay again on our next sled trip.

Booked into this hotel for one night. When I asked about the rate and advised I was traveling for a funeral I was provided with a special rate which was nice considering the reason for travel. The room was ok although a bit dated and worn but the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was good. Would stay here...

This hotel is in a good quiet location when coming off the bridge into Campbellton from Quebec. Our room had a lovely view of the bridge. In the queen bedded room we had a large leather sofa ,desk, chest of drawers and a large wooden stand for our suitcase. The room was well lit and had been redecorated but some of...
