Really comfortable accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff in the lodge and restaurant. The staff were able to give us some tips on local places to go and the restaurant provides great service and food. The location is remote enough to be peaceful, yet close enough to the highway to be convenient for getting to see the sights nearby.

I celebrated my birthday here with my husband. Check-in was easy & we were brought to our cabin. There wasn't any view but when you walked out and towards the parking lot to the main house, where the restaurant is located, there you can see the majestic mountains. Also like that they put out chairs around the river nearby and a fire pit to just sit and relax. Food at the restaurant was also quite good except that there was not much options for non-meat eaters like myself, both at breakfast and dinner. We did not have lunch here. On our last night at around 2 a.m. I am woken up by stomping and loud voices. It seems that the guests at the neighbouring cabin decided to came back. A couple of them even sat out by the deck and were laughing loudly with our windows open. I got up and had to talk through the window to ask them to politely hush up. Normally one can call the Front Desk and have them deal with this type of guests but at a certain time there is no one on duty. There are no phones nor TV at your cabin which is nice but I guess when you need it then you miss it. This was the day the Raptors played and won and we had no place to watch it. Overall we did enjoy our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we liked that it was sort of hidden from the hussle and bustle of the popular areas. We happen to stumble on his property online as the ones we normally stayed at in Moraine Lake was fully booked. We would consider staying here again.

We were booked here for 2 nights but unfortunately got stranded in Jasper for a night as advice was not to drive the Icefields Parkway so we ended up only having one night here. (June - who knew it snowed in June?!) Our cabin was lovely — a massive great bed, sofa, armchair coffee table. We had arranged for a cheese and fruit platter for when we arrived and thankfully they had rearranged it for us because of our late arrival. We are in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service very good. It was a bit surreal to sit in the dining room looking at such beautiful views! Breakfast was very good too! It’s a buffet breakfast but lots of fruit, juices, cereal, scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The cabins are lovely with nice little details and super comfortable beds. We ended up eating in the on site restaurant every night as the food was amazing - the best we had during our whole trip! Breakfast was also great with a good selection of cooked and continental options, and the complimentary tea and cookies in the afternoon are a bonus treat. Staff are very friendly and attentive but not overly so. They very much treat it as a getaway and it was a perfect way to unwind for a few days. We were lucky to have very sunny weather so took advantage of the riverside chairs and firepit that's set up for you - it felt like having our own private beach! Thankyou for an amazing stay, canadian hospitality at its best :)
