We were staying at the Emerald Lake Lodge and decided to go to Truffle Pigs for an evening meal. We didn't stay there. We had an excellent evening meal at Truffle Pigs. We started our bottle of wine at the bar and migrated to a table where we had the duck and the pork mains, followed by the chocolate brownie...

Stayed here on our night between Jasper and Calgary. We decided to stay here instead of Lake Louise. Lovely place. Quaint village (or town). Seems to be an eco-friendly place. Great toiletries. Comfortable rooms. Clean. Nice roomy tub. Convenient location. We had a mix-up with our reservation, but they tried to make it better. Their solution was acceptable to us....

We spent a night here on our first day in the Rockies -- the rustic and warm atmosphere were very pleasant. Accommodation was good, slightly on the expensive side; dinner was good, and breakfast too. Don't miss the spiral railroad on the way down from Lake Louise.

We motored from Regina to Feild, so we're tired and famished. The town was quaint, picturesque ,and friendly. The room was comfortable with chocolates on the pillow and homemade soaps in the bathroom. We chose the place for the dining and price of the room. Supper was excellent. I had a steak to order and my spouse had delicious fish and...

Don't expect a luxury hotel, but relish in the pretty location in an historic little village. Field is an old railroad town in a valley surrounded by the mountains of Yoho National Park. It has several b & b's, and is a good place to get away from the tour bus aura of Lake Louise. This rustic lodge is by...

Due to the lack of any other places to stay in the nearby area... Rooms were cosy and small, they were clean but you are able to hear all your neighbours 24/7 as well as the train sometimes. Lovely little town but the place is a little overrated.

We stayed a couple of nights, the room was comfortable and clean. They provided complimentary hand made organic soaps and chocolates in the room which was a nice touch. There are coin laundry machines you can use which came in very handy after travelling a couple of weeks. Good wifi. Field is in a good position when travelling further North...

My husband and I stay here whenever we're in the area. Field is teeny-tiny but blissfully quiet (people-wise) compared to Banff and Jasper, while remaining close to both, and Truffle Pig is perfectly charming. The rooms are comfy and clean, the interior dining room is whimsical, the outdoor patio offers splendid views, the food is yummy, and the pots of...

This is no doubt the cutest, quaintest place to stay in the Field area. Field is high in the mountains and is a very small town. The room (two queen beds on main floor) was very clean but kind of small and seemed cramped. It's nothing special but comfortable and CLEAN! It's very nice having the bistro right there and...

Feel free to relax on the patio and enjoy a bottle of BC wine while you enjoy the mountain air. Sleep soundly on the comfy beds. Enjoy interesting and very well prepared meals in the bistro. Watch the elk wander through town from your window. The service is all great. We will stay here again😊
