Because we had a good visit last time (and because we again attended a performance at the nearby ACT) we came back to stay here. The only detractor I can mention is the one-size-fits-all pillows they use. They are too hard and force you to crane your neck for an uncomfortable sleeping position. It would be nice to have the...

I loved it to stay here. Everything was super clean and I really enjoyed the heated pool and whirpool. After my busy day it was nice to relax in the spa. Since my arrival, the teception was very friendly and helpful. I definetely recommend this hotel!

We were grateful to find this hotel would accept our debit card for payment. Others don't. This factor alone would have me return. The staff were all helpful and cheerful and friendly. Lots of smiling and light heartedness. This makes ones stay pleasant. Good breakfast. Some minor clean up stuff needed on main floor and a drafty entrance. A perfectly...

I think it is time for this hotel to shut down. Foam mattress covers for added comfort without any type of covering is absolutely disgusting. The staff were rude and not willing to accommodate when the rooms were dirty and promised rooms were not given upon arrival. The bathroom was very small and the shower in the room barely worked....

We stayed here October 2016 (Thanksgiving weekend). The hotel is average but it is a Best Western not a high-end hotel so to be expected. Beds were comfortable, breakfast room was good and Jas was so friendly. He went out of his way to get us disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste as our overnight in Maple Ridge was unexpected. We had...

Old rooms that have been poorly updated. Ground floor rooms with "sticks" for security on the windows, I can take care of myself, but with a fairly bad neighbourhood down the street I wouldn't want my Mother or Daughter staying there. The smallest bathroom by far in recent memory but at least you can't fall off the toilet! I slept...

Desperately in need of renovation. Checked in to a room with an open window on a rainy night. Staff was unable to help me find someplace local to eat dinner at 9 PM (there were several local options open). Furniture was dilapidated, sheets coarse, pillows flat. Shower barely operated.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but not very sound proof. Great breakfast. All in all a decent hotel but you cannot hide it is a remodeled travel lodge.....the area is a little sketchy too. That said I would stay again. OK pool and fitness room.

Look. You are in Maple Ridge. This isn't the Ritz but neither is it Hotel 6. Comfortable rooms, nice staff... it's clean. I was there for three nights. I asked for a quiet, top floor room and I got exactly that. First two nights I wasn't even sure if there were other people in the hotel.
