We stayed at the 2 room suite for the last couple of weeks of skiing and despite the bad skiing weather, the friendly staff and great amenities made our stay worth the drive. We will definitively be returning next season. Keep up the good work guys!

Second time to the Chateau Beauvallon, and a real positive experience again. I don't think I recall, having such a positive check in experience. The lady at the front desk was so nice, really outstanding. We didn't have any special request during our stay. The shuttle to the mountain is very effective and we didn't have to wait at all...

A superb option if visiting Tremblant. Equidistant between the mountain and downtown. The rooms are excellent very well presented and furnished. The ski valley service to the mountain really prompt and helpful, and when our son broke his thumb they did the run around between hospital and hotel. The rooms are very comfortable very warm so opening the windows needed....

This place used to be so special, until it was drastically screwed by the staff. While most things make sense, it's the attitude. Let me explain with a few example. Day1: I arrive before my father who had pre-arranged for me to check in early with his card. Reception lady: "Where is Mr. Smith". Me: he's following about 30 mins...

One of the best I've ever seen with great manager ( Miss Maude) You will have a good experience there. Close to ski resort with indoor and outdoor pool. Room was clean and everything is available with 5 minutes driving up to ski resort and shopping center.

We stayed here from March 12-17 in a three bedroom suite. We had room 125 which is right at the end of the hall. Very quiet spot. Saw dear outside our window. Check in was very smooth. Everything was explained. We were told it is a continental breakfast and the expectation is to put your food on a tray and...

Room was comfortable and quiet. Liked the kitchenette. Nice view. Breakfast was good. But... we arrived late at night after a long drive. Restaurant kitchen closed at 9pm. There was no food; person at front said we had to go back out into the storm to eat (with young kids). Gave us poor/wrong directions and we got lost. Suggest you...

Nice hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Like the fact that it was a suite with two bathrooms and separate bedrooms. Breakfast was a disappointment though. No place to sit and not well organized for the amount of people. The lady putting out the food has a hard time keeping up at peak times. Go early of late since...

This will be a short and sweet review to explain how not to a paying customer. The overall property was really nice. The people behind the desk were clueless. The final evening of our Presidents' Day stay, both of my sons started running a high fever. Which of course put the kabosh on skiing Monday. As a responsible concerned parent...

Had a long family weekend, we were a group of 8 adults. We had a 1 bedroom suite, and a 3 bedroom suite. Size wise and amenity-wise the accommodations were well-chosen. A word of caution, our 1 bedroom suite had a bedroom that did NOT have a window. It had glass French-doors that opened onto the kitchen which also let...
