Rented a 2 bedroom condo. It was adequate, the furnishings and condition of the condos are showing their age and could use a refresh. The screen door was broken, TV didn't work and lacked simple items like salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also not...More

My partner and I chose to get away for a long weekend. We wanted something lost in nature, but close enough to walk to a grocery store and to be able to grab a bite without needing the car. Of course, we also wanted it...More

It was a nice big place to stay for a family of 5 with 3 kids. The only thing was the musty smell, we had to febreeze everywhere! They also do not clean or change towels every day, so its like staying in a airbnb.

Thank you for your reply. The cleaning service is available on demand. Same thing for any issues during your stay, simply call Reception and someone will be right there (with Febreeze if necessary ;)

We arrived late week of March break with our family of four older teens in tow. The drive up to the top where the resort was located was interesting, but classic early spring potholes. The staff at the reception were very welcoming, friendly and pleasant....More

Hi, I just stayed there this past weekend. I'm going to disagree with you about the lifeguard point you made. I had 5 kids with me and that lifeguard never blew the whistle to them once, only time he blew a whistle or talked to someone was when someone was cutting in front of someone in line, running, not being safe. He was firm and direct, but he was never rude. There were kids there that were not behaving respectfully and just not following expected rules. It's the parents who are the issue by allowing the kids to behave as such. If one of my children did something not right, I would talk to them directly as well. I seen a lady argue with him over her son (not sure what it was about as it was in French), he was trying to explain to her the issue.. again he was firm not rude. Don't think it's fair to critique him when you have to see the bigger picture.

There is no a/c in the units. Summer nights average temperature ranges from 12 to 18 degrees celsius. We recommend to open the windows during the evening and close them in the morning to keep the freshness.

No. There are no daily cleaning. For the towels, you may use the laundry center (Tide is supplied). There is one in each unit. Otherwise, you can exchange towels at Reception.
