Hotel's Favorite
Visiting to cheer on an Iron Man athlete. Service was great, food was excellent. All the little things - from the valet service to how crispy the bacon was cooked - were performed to perfection. This was our second visit to the Fairmont Tremblant - but our first in the summer. The proximity to the village and the Iron Man Swim/Bike/Run checkpoints really enhanced our stay.

We stayed here for a week on a skiing trip. Whilst my husband used to work for Fairmonts for a number of years we were priviledged enough to stay at many of their properties in the past, this one wasn't one of their best to be honest. The room decor is dated and the carpets look dirty. Some of the towels had holes in it and the bedding wasn't changed once in a full week (the little chocolate stain on day 1 was still there on check out)! For two days in a row we had no milk to go with our tea/coffee. Parking at $42 excl taxes is extremely steep and if you aren't a member of their loyalty programm (which luckily we were!) you will also have to pay for internet. TV choices are very poor and there was not a single channel that was of any interest. The first morning (weekday!) we decided to take breakfast and hoped for the A la carte option, however that was not available and only buffet was served. Breakfast for 2 people added up to $100 incl taxes, which is crazy. They have a coffee shop at the bottom where you can buy pastries and yoghurts etc for a little less. Not many breakfast options in the area unfortunately and all very meaty, so if you are a vegetarian/vegan you'll struggle or eat the same every day. Pool area could do with some refurb and control of how many people are inside. At the end of skiing it was like sardines in a tin with cups and glasses around the edge of the pool, needless to say we could not be enticed using the pool once. We are staying at the Fairmont in Mont Tremblant between March 14, 2023 and March 15, 2023. Our luggage including my ski bag was brought into the hotel by the hotel staff. I subsequently went down to the ski valet area to pick up my jacket which was stored in my ski bag. I was told by the ski valet that there was no jacket in my ski bag and that I should check with the bellman to see if they placed the jacket elsewhere. Upon going to see the bellman, I was told that they didn’t have my jacket. I then talked to the front desk where I was told my missing jacket was not their problem and that I could talk to their manager if I wanted to. I find it quite unbelievable and ridiculous that there was no action at all on the hotels part as a result of their staff losing my jacket. There was no security brought in on this issue nor was their any attempt on their part to find my Bogner Ski Jacket with a retail value of $1000. I believe as a hotel guest, I should not be the one trying to find and communicate with the manager but on the hotel staff to resolve the issue they had caused.…

We are staying at the Fairmont Tremblant between March 14, 2023 and March 16, 2023. We pre-checked into the hotel before the 4pm check in time to go skiing prior to obtaining access to our guest rooms. At 4pm, we returned to the hotel given that 4pm is the check in time. At this time, we received through text message notification that only 1 of our 3 booked rooms were available even though we were told all 3 rooms were to be available by 4pm. We then dialed the number 0 in the hotel room phone to have our bags sent up to the room. We only received the bags 2 hours later at 6pm when they were delivered. Completely ridiculous given the phone operator told us the bags were going to be sent up immediately. Additionally, we never did receive the confirmation that our 2 other rooms were available and needed to chat with the manager, Maxime to obtain access at 6pm a whole 2 hours after the check in time. I would really expect better service from a hotel that is charging more than $500 per night per room. I also personally believe the staff was trying to get back at our group given that my family member had their jacket lost by the bellman and valet staff earlier in the day with no resolve.…

The hotel is beautiful and the people are kind and friendly , however the room was not clean . The toilet bowl was stained ( unacceptable), the bed had last nights nachos in it !!! Unacceptable !!There was 3 weeks worth of dust on the desk lamp! The cleaning people hung my husbands Armani sweater on the hooks and made a hole !! To top it all off , we went to the pool area.. waited 20 min for a coffee. Waiter passed us by at least 4 x and forgot my coffee. Went back to get it … served another 4 people before bringing my coffee. At that point I walked away and got my own coffee ! Very unprofessional for a place like the Fairmount !! For breakfast, I wanted a la carte .. not enough of an appetite for a whole buffet .. ordered scrambled eggs.. they clearly came from the buffet … dried up and cold ! Waitress never came to ask how everything was. I was extremely disappointed with this place ! NEVER AGAIN.…

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tremblant during peak fall foliage season! The staff was nothing short of fabulous and so helpful with all my plans in the area. I especially loved the outdoor hot tubs with the cold fall air. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything you'll want to do/see. The restaurants are delicious and allow for several options throughout the day. Though I do wish that there were room service options during non-traditional eating hours. Room was comfortable, hotel was clean and biggest complaint was that I had to leave. Highly recommend! Pro tip: cabs are hard to come by here and there are no ride share services in the area. If you're visiting and can't drive, be prepared to wait.

Great family skiing holiday. Easy to ski in and out, and all the facilities were in the hotel to make it really easy to rent and return skis and buy lift passes. This Spa provided a full range of treatments and it was easy to book

The Fairmont Tremblant offers ski in/ ski out convenience, with first rate amenities. The huge outdoor hot tub is wonderful, nice indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center. They have three on site restaurants - all of which were excellent, and other restaurants are close by. The breakfast buffet is especially notable, and they just started offering custom omelets, etc. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful ski vacation!

Great Hotel, the Concierge Guy from France (sorry to forgert his name) is fantastic and very polite. Best location with no doubt. If you decide to go to MT this is the place to stay. Once I knew it was not a 5 star hotel I did not expect more from what I got. If I return to ski in MT one day I´d stay there again.
