I reserved this Hotel with a special I found on Groupon. Room was clean but needs some renovating. very small room. The breakfast consisted of toast bagels & yogurt and very strong coffee. Have stayed a better. Manoir St-Sauveur is much better. ALso you had to go by the outside to get to your room which is not very convenient...

The room was large with a Jacuzzi and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and comfortable but slightly dated. We had a third floor view of the Laurentians which was nice. We used the Jacuzzi which was a little noisy but was relaxing. One small item was annoying for me as a male. No drain plug in...

This is our 3rd stay here, its a nice place and walking distance to outlets and restaurants. The rooms are cozy and clean. They offer a continental breakfast if you prefer to have eggs and bacon they have a stove in rooms. We will surely be back.

Within walking distance from the outlet and downtown. Perfect for our needs. There was a small oven, micro-wave, and all what you need to cook a good meal for those who wish to stay longer than a weekend.

Bathroom floor had hair all over it. Decided to wipe it. Obviously not cleaned in awhile. Having a hard time staying but already moved from Joliburg here. Doesn't seem like you get much for you buck in Saint Sauveur. Rooms is super small. Plastic hanging plants all over. Disappointing to say the least!!

On top of that only one of the rooms was ready upon check in....the other room was not available until close to 6 pm (check in is at 4 pm). The rooms themselves were 3 star with regards to cleanliness.....there was...

First of all, you should expect a motel more than a hotel. The bath was somclogged that it took more than one hour for it to be empty after one shower... The equipment in the kitchen was very basic: two wine glasses but different sizes, only one glass for water, ... We booked with the front desk directly with a...

Booked in advanced then Hotel called and cancelled us with a 24hr delay. They had overbooked . They offered to move our weekend (hard to do with kids) or to give us double bed. So much for getaway....total disappointment.

The good thing about the hotel is it's location, in very heart of Saint Saveur, close to everything, very convenient, and the parking in front of the building. The rest... well, we were promised to get a family suite - two adjoin rooms - got one room. The administrator, Manon, told that we didn't understand her while booking the room...Hmm,...

Old and run down hotel. I asked for a hide a bed when i made the reservation, and even confirmed the day of our arrival. They said it was no problem, it was reserved to my room. When we got there, the hide a bed was given to someone else. Linen sheets were dirty. Our doors was not closing because...
