Went on a school trip here and my friend found a half eaten salad in the fridge, the room i stayed in had wrappers everywhere and stains on everything. One stain looked like blood on the chair. I was told my friend was in room 18 and nobody could find it. The shower was freezing. Very outdated and dirty. Absolutely...

Friendly welcome with clean smart rooms. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, other wise well equipped. There is plenty of road noise if you leave the window open. The breakfast let this place down. There were 30 in our group and someone had mis-calculated with the croissants etc. By the time I had got down to breakfast...

Would not recommend this place unless need to spend a night on the way through. The pictures on the website make this look very cosy and comfortable and describes it as an inn/ auberge, when in reality it is a motel. It needs some tender loving care, and definitely needs some cleaning. We had to ask several times to get...

This was our 1st trip to Quebec and we decided to give this place a try. What a wonderful experience!! It began with Matthew, a most pleasant & pleasing young man. Our room was cozy and comfortable; complete with a fire. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. My husband loved the picture in our room. The attached restaurant was...

My fiancé and I needed a last-minute hotel in Quebec. What a fantastic find! We bought a log for the fireplace for $5, slept in till 10ish, and just had an overall pleasant experience. The room is big, and it doesn't feel like a chain hotel - very home-like. I only speak English and he is French/English bilingual, so he...

Upon arrival after my five hour drive I was greeted by a pleasant individual at the front desk. I had never been to that part of the province and wanted to tour Quebec City. She went over maps and gave me good information and possible points of interest. When I got into my room I found dry urine on the...

The person in charge was very helpful our stay there was very enjoyable. Now the best was the supper, we had the salmon and my wife being Norweigian knows her fish. We enjoyed it thoroughly and we would recommend stay there and using their restaurant. We plan on going back for the fall colours. .
