Last week of the ski season, Easter week, family aged 84 to 13, took lodge 441 for 7 of us, 2 full large comfy bedrooms, a mezzanine bedroom and very comfy sofa bed in the lounge. Nothing to fault, plenty room, good facilities, 2 bathrooms, great showers !, and close to ski hill. Heated pool and hot tub, spa, laundry... More

We had a great stay at the Timberline Lodge in March 2015.. Very good cooking facilities, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, plenty of relaxation areas, two hot tubs and... close to the lifts. We will certainly return. Thanks.

We spent four nights at Timberline Lodges in February this year, our fifth visit to Fernie and our fifth stay at Timberline Lodges. Once again, we had a fantastic experience. For this visit we splurged on a Platinum suite in Juniper Lodge and were not disappointed. The suite was huge, with two good sized bedrooms (one with two twin beds... More

My family rented two, two room condos side by side in the Balsam Lodge for the New Years Eve weekend. The lodge is just a quick 8 minute walk from the ski hill however if you're not up for the walk, they do offer a shuttle service by request. The hot tub connected to the condo was a nice perk,... We really enjoyed our stay in Fernie, it is a lovely town with beautiful scenery and views. The hiking, biking, and nature walks are second to none. The Timberline lodges are not run as a hotel. That I am definitely clear of. When I questioned the late check in time and the early check-out time (very unaccomodating), when I asked... More

We had recently booked a two bedroom + Loft at the Timberline Lodges; we had gone with their platinum suits, which are supposed to be there best, paying over $300/night. The check-in was quick but when we went to our suite, there was a small air conditioner, installed in only one of the bedrooms for the whole suite. When I... More

Lovely accommodations for a ski stay at Fernie. Get a room on the 4th floor as you'll have high ceilings and better views. Units are large and well-equipped. A short walk to the hill but there is a shuttle, and you can ski back. I would definitely stay here again! !

We had bugs in our room the only thing they did about it was set a trap later that evening. Elevators were broken and told us it was another companies responsibility. Check in went quickly, but the staff were not amicable to resolve any of our issues. Shuttle service to the hill was good though, and on time.

Dear Ambergaddy, Thank you for staying with us here in Fernie. We appreciate your taking the time to leave a review on your experience. We are sorry to hear that you found our response to the fruit flies in your suite on your final night unsatisfactory. At your request, we did NOT enter the unit to deal with this during... More

I liked it 5 min walk to ski hill. Nice rooms enough utensils to cook with. Great ski hill they have a lot of great runs all from beginner to advanced I would rather go here than sunshine. They could use nicer hot tubs but they did the trick. And the heated pool wasn't very warm it was heated but... More
