Went for the weekend with my husband and 3 months old daughter for my birthday celebration! It wasn't super crowded which is relaxing! The staff is super nice, helpful and all smiles..We took the big suite it was so clean and they even got us a crib for our baby girl! we fell in love with room's " ANTIQUE " concept😍 Food is so nice and the waiters service was perfect..The swimming pool and the hot tubs so clean with a great view😍We had an amazing relaxing and therapeutic massage..best part of being there! We even got a gift certificate before leaving..Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back again👌🏻

I had not even yet confirmed the booking but the customer service was horrible, on the eve I called, i was told a price ,which I was supposed to call for confirmation the next day the next day I called the price nearly doubled,on top the lady who answered was so so so rude The experience even when trying to book was so bad that I preferred cancel the place that lady who was working there as the receptionist yesterday afternoon ( 22nd July ) should seriously be coached how to offer service and be little bit nice

While this hotel has tremendous potential, I find that it has been neglected. I hate to write any bad reviews, however, this hotel needs to help. I have stayed three separate times over the past 5 weeks. Each room needs attention. From unusable clocks to broken lamps, to cabinet with doors that will not stay closed to TV slide that will not stay inside the cabinet. The carpet in several common hallways is worn and tattered. The fitness center seems to double as a storage room. They have added flat panel TV’s that fit the cabinet only on an angle so viewing from other than the bed is challenging. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. They simply need to invest in the property. I have not tried the spa but hear that it is very nice. This is likely the best spot in Granby, but there are better options within 15 minutes of town in much better condition. …

Totally misled by this bad management about the family zoo package where we were led to believe that the Granby zoo Tickets was included in the "package". We had to pay full price for the zoo tickets. We will NOT stay at this hotel again!!! Bad management.
