Stayed here one night in November. Forgot my $600 iPad on the chair in the room when checking out. Later when I realized that I had forgotten my tablet, the room had been cleaned and the iPad was forever gone with the cleaning. Went back twice to no good. Tried to contact management but not a word in return. A...

The Room itself was clean , but it was very small . They had a fireplace that did not work in the room . If you have any kind of mobility issues this is not the place for you as they do not have elevators , nor really any kind of handicapped access to the building anywhere. There is nothing...

My wife and I, along with 8 other couples from our car club booked this hotel for 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday. When we arrived, the reservations had been messed up with several couples ending up with double beds instead of kings. The rooms were very small, with a closet about 18 inches wide. However the room was clean and...

Quaint Hotel has interesting history. I thought it was a refurbished school or something but I guess there's a reason it was built this way. Great location right downtown close to parks and the water but that also makes it somewhat noisier than other places. the traffic lights beep all night and there's a little bit of traffic. Not loud...

I mean what can you expect in this Price range? The rooms are clean and theplace is not noisy. It is a short walk to the water, you have Metro and other stores just around the Corner. I would come again. The breakfast is really good, with fresh fruit and all kinds of stuff. but DONT ask the Concierge Lady...

Front Desk staff looked sloppy and unprofessional. Once reaching our room, pulled down the sheets on the bed & found crusty food stains and hair on bed & dust on the clock, phone and lamp. Went to front desk to complain and she told us that she couldn't give out the name of the General Manager for us to file...

Stayed 2 nights. No elevator was a down side. Parking was slim, & I had some concern since there are bars sharing the parking area. The room was clean. The shower curtain needed to be replaced, but it wasn't too awful. & I was not sure about the towels. There was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom...

It was my second stay in two years.I love the location. The hotel is older but very clean and the staff is super nice and helpful.Breakfast could be a little more exiting. If you`r planning on walking a lot this is the place, just two minutes to the waterfrond, ten to the brand new library and to the playhouse and stores.

We stayed here during the Orillia Scottish festival. The hotel is located such that you can walk to the parade, local restaurants, grocery store adn even shopping if you are interested. It is a short drive to the casino as well. The continental breakfast is very basic, but convenient.

Inexperienced front desk, small rooms, cigarette burn in curtain, hole in sheet, terrible small pillows, dirt in sink drain, dirty wall paper and carpets throughout, peeling paint, loud music, mildew on shower curtain, no elevator. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.
