Anne & Charlie have had this business for many years and are experienced with trying to make their guests feel at home. We stayed for two nights in the private suite on the second floor. The internet connection came and went and the TV reception could be a bit fuzzy, however, it was very comfortable and cosy. The breakfasts were...

Very nice visit; welcomed warmly, (and we arrived early), great tourist info for dining, markets to check out; Had a wonderful breakfast. Have stayed here before several times and will continue to frequent this B&B in future trips to Orillia.

Although we were only there one night this was definitely one of the best B&B's I've ever stayed in. Anne and Charlie are such charming hosts and big Blue Jay baseball fans which gave us an instant bond. The quality of the rooms was first rate and the breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble our only disappointment was...

This is the 'real deal' - warm hospitality, excellent food, service above and beyond. The hosts Anne and Charlie take care of every detail - from checking on food preferences to knowing your names to restaurant and activity recommendations. We have stayed in the Master suite twice, with a shared bathroom - sometimes it is a private bath as the...

Anne and Charlie welcomed us at the door, and were not bothered by our earlier than scheduled arrival.  They were prepared with a local map to show us places to eat for lunch.   Our room was the Windsor room, we had the full run of the upstairs area which included a sitting room and full bathroom. It was immaculately...

The house and its gardens are beautiful, relaxing and quiet. The breakfasts were amazing, especially the peach omelet. Anne and Charlie are perfect hosts, and go out of their way to...

A gem! Very comfortable and immaculately clean B and B. Mature trees. Beautiful, relaxing gardens, quiet place to read outside. Quiet street, slept with the window open and didn't hear a sound all night. Delicious, copious and healthy breakfast. Anne and Charlie are warm, entertaining and helpful hosts. I felt very much at home during my first B and B...
