The hotel is right on the ocean and we had a great view of Perce Rock from the balcony. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and breakfast there. It is a short walk to the downtown area and the boat cruise location. Would recommend them.

This hotel has great view of the percé rock. Definitely worth staying. The restaurant was also great. Enjoyed a cup of wine and the view of percé rock in the afternoon. Walking distance to all attractions in the town of Percé. Definitely will return

This hotel/motel is directly on the shore and the rooms have spectacular views of the famous pierced rock. Our room had a comfortable bed, 2 tub chairs to sit in and gaze out the picture window at the amazing view. The hotel dining room is faced with a wall of windows providing great views of the coast as well and served a good meal for both dinner and breakfast. Definitely a good choice to stay in Perce.

Lovely location and room was comfortable and clean. Sound proofing could have been better as well as directions to the room more accurate. Appreciated the on-site laundry and lovely bright dining room.

Not a hotel but a poor motel. Room very small and crampt. Smallest bathroom possible. Floor has a distinct slant. Tub would not drain properly and funk came out of drain during showers. At reception if you don't ask you will not know. No information was offered. Had to return to reception after checking in to ask if wi-fi available and need for a password. Very poor directions to where room actually was located. Spent much time going up and down outside stairs to finally locate room. Condition of outside stairs to our second floor room was questionable, could see that meager attempts to repair damaged steps was done. Old caution tapes on railing. Parking was hit or miss. More rooms than parking spots. Be prepared for a long walk to room. Room did have a lovely room. Resturant food is very nice. Staff are hard working.…

Great place to wake up with the view of Perce rock and Bonaventure Island. Walking distance to the city centre including multiple pubs, restaurants, shops and boat tours. Make sure to try the steak and lobster!!

Really loved the location, especially the access in the backyard to the water and all the seating to enjoy the view and stars at night. Also enjoyed using the hot tub outside at night. Room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Stayed at this hotel August 2022 for 1 night. Check in was a nightmare. We were told that our room wasn’t ready but latest would be 4:30. Wandered around the area for 6 hours & finally ended up sitting in their hotel lobby. At 4:12 pm our room was finally ready. Our friends who also checked into this hotel, got their room 2 hrs. earlier. Room was modest & expensive but the morning view of the Percé rock was spectacular. We eill not be returning. Consider this a modest to poor rating.

The room was large and clean and very comfortable for four people. It was beach themed. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. The views of Perce Rock were outstanding. I couldn't stop starring at the view and felt very calm and peaceful. I even woke at 4:30am to catch a glimpse of the sunrise behind Perce Rock. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to return.

We had a upper floor corner room, viewing the rock. Nice fire in the evening watching sunset. Great evening after a day of riding. Great time with friends, staff and motorcycles. What else is life about!
