First off, the grounds are lovely. The heated pool is heated just right, and the staff are very nice people, always eager to help and just pleasant in general. The room we stayed in was definitely basic, but this is an historic lodge with a rich history in the region, a giant log cabin essentially. So don't go expecting a... More

Came here during winter month 2 years ago. Had a great experience and decided to come back for a summer stay. Enjoyed my stay even more (well kept grounds, pool, walks). One thing that did not change was the hospitality "top notch" as well as the chef's expertise at the attached "L'Entrecote" restaurant. His "maigret de cannard" was simply outstanding.

I got a voucher for my husband and I. 220$ for 1 bed breakfast dinner and massages. The hotel was nice within nature. We paid extra to upgrade to a room with hot tub and fireplace, and it was worth it. The dinner was excellent, extremely delicious. I still crave that steak we had! The breakfast was excellent as well,... More

Great little getaway not too far from the city. We had the suite and the jacuzzi was worth it. Food was excellent and service was decent. The only tiny problem we had was there was a smell of smoking (cigarettes) seeping into our suite in the morning and that was a little unpleasant to wake up to.

This quaint inn is situated on beautiful well-maintained well-lit grounds. Being as we went in January, you don't really see much because it's covered in snow, however, during our overnight stay, it felt like a magical winter wonderland. The reception and check-in was very quick and courteous. We had bought a deal through a website, which included overnight stay in... More

We were visiting family in the laurentians and wanted to stay fairly close , the out side of the hotel looked pretty small but the land is huge and manicured so we decided to check out the room. We were... More

requested for an early check-in, it was approved, we request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it. The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. Breakfast were good, fresh coofee juices, fried eggs, and everything you would want for... More

very accommodating staff in helping us to get our massage since we were a bit late and went above and beyond their responsibility to make sure we get what we paid for. The staff were friendly, and the bedroom was great. We got upgraded to a bedroom with fireplace. The bedroom was nice, large bed with floor-to-ceiling wood paneling and... More

we received a $209 gift certificate bought on tuango for our wedding. 1 night, 1 meal, 1 breakfast, 1 massage. The room was horrible, 1960 style, my cell was larger than the tv, no ventilation in the bathroom, horrible carpet everywere and far from clean. When we left, they charged us 15% for "service" but not only on the restaurant,... More
