The location is a little bit difficult to get to. We flew to Sumbawa Island from Jakarta, and took a boat ride to Moyo Island. Andrew and team are there to greet you at the jetty on arrival, and this immediately made us feel very welcome. They are also there to wish you farewell, and of course you don't really...

What a wonderful surprise! I will get right to the point. When scuba diving and snorkeling, we did not expect to see the abundant chorals from bright pink to purple, large schools of fish, exotic sea life, anemone with clown fish and clear blue water. This was one of the best dive trips ever! Amanwana has friendly staff, comfortable accommodations...

My partner and I spent almost a week at Amanwana located on Moyo island. This tranquil resort set amongst a national park gives you a feeling of being in the jungle with everything you could want, luxury tents and nature at your doorstep. During our stay we spend many hours snorkelling and exploring the most exceptional colourful coral reefs teeming...

The kids and I missed this place so much. Visited Amanwana in Summer 2015 and stayed for 14 days. Yup! 2 weeks in a complete peacefulness where the skies were always clear and blue, where the sun shines were always bright and warm, where the locals were smiling so nicely. The kids never stopped talking about this place and we...

Located on Moyo Island, Amanwana is an extraordinary boutique resort. We stayed in a Beach Tent with a beach view from the bed. My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary. Every morning my husband and I rolled up the blinds and had a cup of tea in bed while looking out onto the ocean. All food purchased...

It is an amazing island with a beautiful nature and great people working in the resort. It was one of the very nice experiences in life - and we really enjoyed staying there very much. The tents are special and sleeping underneath the mosquito net you have to get used to. It was so relaxing and refreshing - a real...

This is a truly extraordinary and wonderful hotel. The tents are beautiful and the setting sublime. Service overall is excellent. The only weak point is the food which was a little uninteresting and mixed in the quality of its execution. You may be on an isolated island, but at these prices, it really ought to be more varied and consistently...

Any Aman experience is special but Amanwana is extraordinary. Nestled safely on a secluded Moyo Island bay, it is the ultimate getting away from it all haven. The whole resort is surrounded by the deep blue Flores Sea and green tropical jungle. Dedicated conservation efforts gives Moyo the most amazing pristine coral reefs. 'Glamping' is done in luxurious, air-conditioned tents...

I just returned from Amanwana and AMANIKAN. Flying from the east coast of the United States is a long journey and can be taxing. Many times the experience is not always worth the output, this trip was worth it by a long shot. The tented camps at Amanwana were fantastic. The moment we landed at Moyo, the staff kicked in...

My family (husband + two teens) spent 3 wonderful nights in the Ocean Tents with the stunning Flores Sea out our door. Playful monkeys woke us up in the morning by scampering on the canvas roof. (In the evening, they tried to steal limes out of our drinks--beware!) The reef and sea wall just off the dock make for excellent...
