We stayed at Amanwana in July with our three years old son. The place is spectacular, with a private beach and beautiful tents (a bit aging, but still amazing). We went snorkeling on the Honeymoon beach-simply fantastic, with many fish and clear water (note that there is a lot of rubbish on this beach, but this is certainly not tg...

Amanwana is beautiful and one of the nicest places I have ever been. The nature experience is fabolous. The food in the Hotel is very good. The people in the Hotel are very nice and so friendly. Pure nature - nothing to compare from. The tents are very comfortable and stylish - they are nice. We will come again.

If you are looking for great people, great food, several activities to choose from (diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing etc.), and a staff that is extremely helpful then you need to consider this resort. Make the extra flight connections to get here from Bali because, because it's worth it! The staff enjoy working for the hotel management and they have medical...

We recently spent 4 days at the lovely Amanwana hotel on Moyo island less than an hour flight from Bali. It was worth the escape from the commercial overcrowded island of Bali to arrive in a haven of calm and natural beauty. The resort has only 20 luxury tents- the only difference in accommodations are beach front or jungle which...

Probably this is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is a close encounter with nature in all senses. Monkeys are all around the tents as well as deers. The tents are beautiful and very elegant. The take in count every little detail to make you feel like a star in the middle of nothing. The coral reef...

The Amanwana is definitely the right choice when looking for a private island experience with over-the-top service and attention. The experience starts with the flight from Bali on a private plane, very possibly the same one used by Queen Elizabeth. Upon landing you are whisked to an Amanwana boat and ferried to Moyo Island. The short trip on the calm...

The location is a little bit difficult to get to. We flew to Sumbawa Island from Jakarta, and took a boat ride to Moyo Island. Andrew and team are there to greet you at the jetty on arrival, and this immediately made us feel very welcome. They are also there to wish you farewell, and of course you don't really...

What a wonderful surprise! I will get right to the point. When scuba diving and snorkeling, we did not expect to see the abundant chorals from bright pink to purple, large schools of fish, exotic sea life, anemone with clown fish and clear blue water. This was one of the best dive trips ever! Amanwana has friendly staff, comfortable accommodations...

My partner and I spent almost a week at Amanwana located on Moyo island. This tranquil resort set amongst a national park gives you a feeling of being in the jungle with everything you could want, luxury tents and nature at your doorstep. During our stay we spend many hours snorkelling and exploring the most exceptional colourful coral reefs teeming...

The kids and I missed this place so much. Visited Amanwana in Summer 2015 and stayed for 14 days. Yup! 2 weeks in a complete peacefulness where the skies were always clear and blue, where the sun shines were always bright and warm, where the locals were smiling so nicely. The kids never stopped talking about this place and we...
