Coco Lodge on Ko Muk’s east coast is a delightful and peaceful place. The bamboo shacks were a blast to stay in! Incredibly sturdy and tightly constructed and set within an atmospheric, quiet compound right on the beach. Staff were very kind and helpful and excellent food options were also available as well as nearby. Much preferred this side of the island to the more tourist laden southwest coast. It will remain on my short list of accommodation choices anytime I come back to visit Ko Muk.
This is a nice place to stay on the island. We stayed 3 nights at this lodge. It was really perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay on Koh Mook. You can get bicycles free and can only recommend you use them and see the island. We used them everyday. The staff is very good. I can only recommend this place. And it’s placed perfect on the island close to down town.
We spent four nights, was really good place to stay, rating five stars for the beautiful experience for the organized trip at the emerald cave, ask at the coco’s bar; organization was perfect also for the needs of our small kids (2 and 3 yr)
Had a fab stay here with my Mam and boyfriend. It's in an ideal spot, just a 5 minute walk to the Sivali beach and the village, right beside the pier and just a short tuk tuk ride to Charlie beach if you want to catch the sun set. We preferred Sivali. We had one hut to three people which was a little bit of a squeeze but it did the job! The island is beautiful with gorgeous beaches and caves to explore. There are free bicycles you can use too which is great! The staff are so lovely and helpful too. They really want you to enjoy your stay. We had originally booked 10 nights here but the island is very quiet and we had a long journey home so we cut it short by a few days and they were really accommodating and helpful. The huts are dead cool. The beds are really comfortable, mosquito nets are provided (if there's a hole, the staff have no problem swapping them), there's a powerful fan which keeps the hut cool and the semi-outdoor bathroom is great. It's class showering with the sun beaming in. The huts are cleaned regularly too (sometimes you have to ask for towels, clean sheets etc.) and breakfast is also great here. We loved the fruit pancakes and iced coffees! There's a cool chilled-out bar just outside too that's well worth checking out. It's made of pieces of driftwood! The laundry service isn't great here. They lost an item of clothing, some came back smelling damp and one tip was torn. Maybe hold off until you visit another place. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it.…
We spent 5 days at this place, it was fantastic ! Very simple but confortable bengalow in front of the sea side. Very good restaurant as well. Staff is really lovely ! We recommend this place at 100 %
