We had read the reviews and tried to change our accommodation but all the others we were offered sounded even worse. We thought let’s give it a go. Checked in and it was hot and the guy said check out our pool on such a hot day. He said it like proud of it. Well….. no way would you get in it, the bottom was black and green, broken tiles, definitely would of caught something ha ha. The golf course looked fab, the walks round the lakes were lovely. The rooms were grotty, balcony and fake grass pretty dirty. We made most of it but glad only 2 nights. The grounds around the hotel needed cleaning up, piles of rubbish from a wedding covered by sheets and broken furniture lying around. Very overgrown and clearly concentrating on the golf not the hotel. An experience! Nowhere to walk to for food and no food available at hotel so had to drive. Ate at nice diner at 100 mile house.

I can only speak to the golf course as this was my sole reason for visiting on my way from Vancouver to Williams Lake. I had booked quite a few weeks in advance and had called the pro shop a couple of times regarding the weather and similar. All the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. When I arrived early (booked for 2 PM and arrived just before 12:30) they honoured the afternoon rate and I teed off at 12:40. With a cart, the round was $52 and I was done in 2 hours and 10 minutes! The course was in really good shape. The tee boxes were well maintained and the fairways were clean and not covered in divots. A couple of holes had some re-sodding underway (11 I believe) but this is just required maintenance. Greens are small and a few of them were pretty sloped and tricky. Rough was not heavy but the dandelions made it hard to spot lost balls! Overall a very pleasant way to spend some time and good value for money.

We stayed in a king room at the 108 Resort for 1-night in late-Sep ($110). We had stayed at the resort about 20 yrs ago when it was a gem, with modern, well appointed rooms, a great pool and saunas, and that beautiful view of the lakes. The view (from all rooms) remains but, unfortunately, the resort has not received the maintenance that it deserves. The room furniture and carpet were scuffed and worn (although the bed was new and comfortable), there was no deck furniture to enjoy the view, the deck railings were almost falling off, the pool was poorly maintained, full of debris and with chipped tiling, and the grounds showed no evidence of routine maintenance. Overall though, the room was comfortable, it was an easy drive back to 100 Mile House for dinner, and the golf course looked well maintained. The value delivered was reasonable for the very low nightly price.

This property has potential - beautiful setting with golf course and lake views from the rooms. But it is in dire need of some major cleaning both inside and out, and repairs/replacement of worn, dirty carpets, furniture, fixtures, etc. However the beds seemed quite new and offered a decent sleep. Not a good value. For future trips to this area we will stay in one of the better-rated and better-value motels in 100 Mile House where there are many amenities within walking distance.

Second time staying here, but definitely won’t be the last. Are the rooms a little “tired”? Yes they are but everything is very clean and the staff are warm and friendly. The golf course is awesome and well maintained and so peaceful. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Well, we recently stent 3 days at his resort and it is just getting worse here. The AC would not work in room 35 (where we stayed) and we brought it to the attention of staff and management the first two days we were there. It was never fixed. The resort advertises two nights stay and play with a continental breakfast. Due to covid restrictions (we were there in July after restrictions were lifted) they did not offer this breakfast. So, we requested some compensation for this and Lee the manager offered some meals (up to $10 at the snack shack on the golf course where the cheapest burger was $10:50). We have been here many times and it just seems to be getting worse at the motel/resort. The outdoor “heated” pool is very cold and very dirty. The men’s changing room is a mess and the shower is a hazard zone. and the ice machine is filthy and needs attention and maybe replacing. Hopefully, management can get a handle on the problems at the resort and that the health inspectors do not show up at the 108 Resort anytime soon.

You can tell this used to be a very nice property at one time. They did have full hookups and it's a beautiful area with the condition of the whole property is sad. I am hopeful that they will improve and save this property from further disrepair

My partner and I stopped here the other night. We had a reservation, and we were really looking forward to staying at the108 mile resort. To say I was disappointed, would be an understatement. Our night cost $142 with tax. That was a king bed room, and came with a kitchenette. It was on the first floor. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. In the bathroom, the door frame was broken, and crumbling. When the people in an adjoining room turned on water, a screeching sound from the pipes was heard every time. The bed was a new mattress it was so high off the floor it was difficult for me to get into bed. The mattress was extremely soft. The kitchenette was stocked, and there was tea and coffee available. There was some sugar and non-dairy creamer. You should be aware the water is extremely hard, and unpalatable. If you decide to stay here, bring your own water. Sadly due to the current pandemic, there was no bar, and no restaurant. In the morning they did offer tea and coffee, but nothing else. As interest you could walk down to the pro shop, and buy a breakfast sandwich down there. I noticed the ingredients for this came from the main resort. But nothing was available to eat at the resort at self. Apparently, the golf course is quite good, but we did not partake. The view from the resort is first class, but sadly it’s the only thing that is first class in this hotel.

Last minute Christmas trip had us booking in here on Christmas day. We were the only one in the hotel but we were greeted by a pleasant lady at the front desk and all the lights and the heat turned on in the room. Beds were pretty soft, although she said they were new. Nothing bad, nothing over the top excellent. Just an easy stay with a basic continental breakfast. More snow would have been nice to explore the XC trails.

I've lived in this area for 20 years and I've been a member of the golf course for 8 this golf course and Resort have been turned over a few times and our latest investor to acquire 108 Resort has been working diligently to improve all aspects.these things do take time and judging by the golf course and the Leaps and Bounds it has made I'm sure nothing but great things are coming for the future .I have been in the rooms and had friends stay there everything is a process and it's coming along nicely I can speak directly to the golf course management and maintenance ,the course has never been in better shape since I've been around and everything is improving and already extremely good all new karts greens and Fairways as nice as I've seen them in the 108.after lining up and waiting for 10 minute tee times at other Resorts and other golf courses you will be completely spoiled and feel as though this is your own backyard with and almost your own private course feel. I feel a bit hesitant to leave such a great review as all it will do is make the course a bit busier but if you love golf and a relaxed feel on an awesome course with a great group of people running it you won't be disappointed here
