Suburbia style sites, lawny grass patches, privacy for every site as hedges separate the sites. Clean and tidy. Bathrooms, laundry, office, shops, top notch. Burnaby Lake recreation area in walking distance. Access tonrail system into Vancouver a 19 minute walk. It's the best place to chill if youbare there to vidit Vancouver, or to return your RV. Highly recommended!

We stayed here at the beginning of a 2 week road trip holiday around BC and liked it so much we stayed an extra day! The staff were super friendly and helpful, washrooms were code entry, and although we didn't actually use them the swimming pool and jacuzzi looked lovely and were cleaned everyday!. Overall cleanliness was excellent, the place... More

Big and commercial CG. If you have a large (30 ft or more) the space is limited A lot of facilities. Pool and hot tub are clean and lovely. Wifi is very bad. Also limited excess. Only 30 min. Washrooms clean en very good. Staff is very friendly but because of the size of the park not very personal.

Very clean park. Great city access, 20 minute drive to Vancouver. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable about locations, routes, etc. and helped arrange tours. They are one of the few RV parks where a day tour to Victoria/Butchart Gardens picks up at the park office, most only pick up at downtown Vancouver hotels. Spaces -- all are back-in --... More

On the small side plots but being so close to Vancouver and burnaby you got to expect some compromise. Pool was nice feature and small playground for our 22 mth old. Nice front of desk staff and local area is rather nice. Walmart or Safeway at Loughmeed mall stock everything you need. Overall quite pleased.

There were some bad reviews on line, but I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival! We had come here as we had intended on staying at the ' Dogwood' RV site in Surrey that had good reviews. They claimed to be 'dog friendly, do not leave the fur kids at home' lol. Not friendly when you... More

Well run, carefully spaced, clean and great services. The trains are loud, bring some ear plugs, but you cannot have it all camping in a city. Wonderful environs in nature, close to shopping and the skytrain. Most units have goof shade. Parking for day guests. Compared to others in cities, this is a gem.

Stayed here for a total of 4 days. I was told upon entering that it was an adult park during the winter season only to find children in the pool and hot tub area. The train tracks were extremely annoying as the trains never stopped. The staff was extremely unprofessional. We were told to purchase a parking pass only to be... More

Superb service; willing to help and courteous front desk personnel, spotless RV sites and property, great location just a few blocks from a train station which is perfect to avoid going by car to downtown Vancouver. This RV park has just what you need; it is not spacious to be outside really (all sites separated by tall bushes though) but,... More
