The camp site is located a 10 minute walk from the Skytrain. It has clean, warm showers, a lounge, a pool, a Jacuzzi, a children's park, hiking trails accessible from the grounds, and a Costco two blocks away. Be forewarned, it is located right next to some train tracks and the train is very loud. If noise is a problem,... More

...literally. As others have stated, the whole park is stuck in the 90s, from making reservations over the phone, to severely cruddy internet, to the dated appearance of everything. While advertised as family and pet friendly, the scowls we received from the full-time residents would indicate otherwise. The sites are tight, so much so that you are forced to park... More

Office staff are very computer illiterate, trying to make a reservations takes several phone calls to confirm they have the right dates for your stay. They have a pretty well stocked store with food and RV accessories. The internet is not working properly in the campground and no one seems want to fix it. Campground was built for EXPO 86.... More

The sites in this campground are very tight for todays trailers with slides. Our 30ft trailer has the back end sticking into cedar shrubs in order to get the front end off the road. Our living room slide is touching the cedars on that side leaving us enough room to walk past on the other side. Really cramped quarters. The... More

This CG is located convenient to Vancouver. The place is spotless with many amenities. Friendly staff. 1st class showers, laundry, indoor pool. Coin operated RV wash. FHU. Now note that because it is close to Vancouver space is tight. They use hedges to separate the sites. 30 amp only. Nice picnic tables. Paved sites. My slides were uptight to the... More

Suburbia style sites, lawny grass patches, privacy for every site as hedges separate the sites. Clean and tidy. Bathrooms, laundry, office, shops, top notch. Burnaby Lake recreation area in walking distance. Access tonrail system into Vancouver a 19 minute walk. It's the best place to chill if youbare there to vidit Vancouver, or to return your RV. Highly recommended!

We stayed here at the beginning of a 2 week road trip holiday around BC and liked it so much we stayed an extra day! The staff were super friendly and helpful, washrooms were code entry, and although we didn't actually use them the swimming pool and jacuzzi looked lovely and were cleaned everyday!. Overall cleanliness was excellent, the place... More

Big and commercial CG. If you have a large (30 ft or more) the space is limited A lot of facilities. Pool and hot tub are clean and lovely. Wifi is very bad. Also limited excess. Only 30 min. Washrooms clean en very good. Staff is very friendly but because of the size of the park not very personal.

Very clean park. Great city access, 20 minute drive to Vancouver. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable about locations, routes, etc. and helped arrange tours. They are one of the few RV parks where a day tour to Victoria/Butchart Gardens picks up at the park office, most only pick up at downtown Vancouver hotels. Spaces -- all are back-in --... More
