I’m sad to have to write this review, however, the owners need to know what’s going on in the office. Phone calls are not being answered , over booking, and people having to move from the spot they had reserved, due to the office not knowing how to do their job. Dogs are roaming around without leashes, which is required, and there are piles of poop everywhere. Even tho Browns Bay provides the bags. The bathrooms, laundry and shower facilities are still spotlessly clean, and the restaurant is serving excellent food. Someone who knows how to manage reservation, and know how to greet people with a smile on their face, should be in the office.

Got away with my family and we absolutely loved the cabins. Great layout, bbq on the deck, beautiful view. Very peaceful and quiet area. Great for a staycation experience. We will be coming back for sure.

Was really unsure about booking a stay in the glamping tents, as I had never been there before. I booked this as a respite during a long camping trip with my 6 year old, and am so happy I did!. Loved the tents, it was HUGE! We opted for the cliff side tent, and am happy we did - it was slightly more removed/private than the others, but still had easy access to the washrooms. The beds were comfy and clean, the kitchen had all the necessities, and the views were spectacular! The only thing I can say, is that it lacked some excitement for kids. The playground is fun, but it gets dull after a few days. The beach was too cold to swim at, so we mostly rode our bikes around the RV park, because it was paved. I know kids aren't the demographic that they cater to, but something more would have been appreciated. The park is mostly RV's parked side by side on the paved lot - not my preference, but if you like some space, the camp sites and cliff side tents give you some more seclusion. The staff are amazing - it doesn't matter who we spoke to, from the person at the front desk to the person cleaning the bathrooms, each and every one of them was smiling, polite, cheerful, always happy to chat or suggest places to go/ things to do. Their staff are truly amazing and made the trip even better. Because of how secluded the resort is, you have to travel a ways to go do any other hiking/exploring, so get comfortable driving on gravel roads. We went for dinner 1 night at the restaurant, had a wonderful waitress and an excellent meal. Great place to go and enjoy the sun, and watch the seals & boats.

Went to this location with our 5th wheel. The ride in is as others have described, a gravel road, well maintained but you must go slow. There are some areas that are one lane wide. Check in did have a little glitch, the site we were given would not have been one to back into without a a lot of difficulty. The young lady at check in realized this and was very accomodating at finding us another site on the water. Water and electrical hook up is on the opposite side that a trailer usually has. Not a big deal, did not need an extension of any kind, but you have to be aware of the obstruction when walking on that side of the trailer. There is no cable tv hook up. They do have Wi-Fi; but, it is inconsistent. You can go to the activity room and download things you need there. They do have a dvd player there for your use. The sites have concrete pads, picnic tables and benches. The roads within the site are all paved. Lots of places to walk around and a good place to walk your dog. There is lots of boat moorage and there were several people fishing. Did see some nice sized fish at the cleaning stations. There is a restaurant at the dock but we did not have a chance to visit it. Great place for watching the cruise ships doing their Alaska run, they are very close to shore, the bulk of them going through near 10:30 pm but some do travel during the day.. additionally, there is a lot of boat traffic to watch. Whales do pass in front of the site too. Close enough that you can hear them exhale. We saw orcas and grey whales. Lots of friendly people here, easy to strike up a conversation. We did have one day of heavy rain, so be sure to have books, movies, games or whatever to amuse yourselves. This is not a location that you can quickly pop out to pick something up so you have to ensure that you have everything with you. There is a small store at the office for some basic items. Enjoyed our stay here, but you are quite isolated. If that is what your are looking for, this is perfect.

We opted for the all inclusive package and were not disappointed. Cabin was clean, well stocked, and beautful with a priceless view. The restaurant was clean with great food, godd portiions, and a friendly, accomodating staff.. The fishing guide, Kyle Dempsey, was very helpful and we caught our limit of large Chinook Salmon. The staff, the cabin, and the scenery, made this the ideal fishing vacation
