This RV park is on the marina. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very quiet and well Maintained. The laundry and bathroom/ showers were clean. The pool looked great we didn't use it but there are kids in there enjoying themselves. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the dock was a short walk away... We booked in at Salmon Point for a couple of weeks in July, 2016. The office service was friendly and efficient and there is wifi, though it comes and goes. This is a popular spot, so sites for lengthy stays are hard to come by. The pub serves great tap beer and reasonable, but not great, food. Showers, hot tub,... More

Hi Joan, Thank you for your review. This has been a bad sap year and unfortunately with the fir trees, there isn't much we can do. I've found a great product that works awesome to take it off with very little elbow grease. Give us a call and I'd be happy to pass the info on. Our park is actually... More

Just spent five days at Salmon Point. The weather was stunning and there was lots to see and do. The campground was quite busy but the sites were a good size and we didn't feel crowded although our 18' trailer was overshadowed by much larger RVs. Washrooms were very clean and there was lots of room around the pool. A... More

We were staying for eight days in July for a wedding celebration. The wedding was at another resort, which kept Salmon Point quiet and relaxing. We were a group, some RV’ers and some renting cabins. This resort has spectacular ocean views with wide full service sites. The restrooms are clean as well as the pool, the hot tub deck was... More

Stayed here for the first time over the Canada Day long weekend. Depending on where you are, most of the sites are very close together, but this is not unusual in private parks where space is money. We were located on the Waterfront B row and had a few trees and a bit of a marina view. All the sites... More

i stayed here with my family over the weekend. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so good...nothing the resort could do about this. Beautiful place, love the scenery, a quick 20 minute drive from Campbell River. There are A LOT of rules at this place! Mainly geared towards kids and where/what they are allowed to do/not do. Really unfortunate there are no... More

Thank you for your review. It's too bad that was weather was so dreary, at least not raining. Many of the games to play are outdoor related. Unfortunately your children perhaps were too old or not interested to enjoy the many games available to them. The games are all free. For youth, we have fooseball, ping-pong, ladder golf, bocce ball,... More

We spent 4 days in our RV at Salmon Point Resort RV park. We were right on the ocean. The weather was fantastic in May! We spent hours watching whales frolic within a few hundred yards of our RV and could even see them from our bay window. The area is beautiful, clean and the staff are helpful. If we... More

This looks like a really nice campground and great marina. Can SOMEONE staying there take some pictures of the tenting sites for me? I'd like to tent there for a couple of weeks and trailer a boat out and am just wondering what they look like. I can't find one single photo of them and I've sent a couple of... More

This is a beautiful RV Park, on the east coast of Vancouver Island looking out over the Salish Sea. We stayed on the lighthouse side of the park, where the sites are right on the water but more exposed (fewer trees) than in the main part of the park. We stayed here in April, so there were few kids around... More
