I booked the wrong hotel, upon my travels to Campbell River and it was too late to cancel so I just thought it would be nice to try some place new. I read the reviews while coming here, and thought yikes. Upon our arrival, there were just a few parking stalls available in the back, which was very dark. If...

My human found us this "dogtel" and I told her, "Good job!" Most dogtels require us K9s to sleep on a hard plastic floor or on a polyester dogbed (which is never big enough for a 150-pound wolfdog, even if I could stand the fake fabric) but this time our room had comfy carpet, not to mention that the room...

We stayed here because it was the cheapest option in town. There is a saying,"you get what you pay for." I know the meaning of that saying better after staying here. Checked in and was sent to a dirty room. Went back to the front desk got a new room. Next day they called me because they thought I had...

A family run hotel near the town center, all amenities nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Lobby is"quaint"and homely with fires a computer and comfortable sitting area. At present there is no food on site but a restaurant is planned in the upcoming refurbishment.

Filthy. Disgusting. Tub falling apart. Floors in room and lobby and hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in years. Coffee pot dirty. Sink leaked. Bed okay. Right beside busy liquor store. If you need cheap though (less than $100) this will suit that need. Only positive is downtown location.

Hotel recently taken over by new owners. Hotel not desirable for most people. We were given access to 3 rooms before we found one we could stay in. 1st room we opened door and it was already occupied by someone else 2nd room sink did not drain and room not clean. 3rd room was very dirty so we had to...

Peter was on hand to welcome us and he was helpful. The room was large and airy. What totally let it down was the general lack of cleanliness. There were sticky marks on the bedside table, dirt and hairs on the floor and the pillows smelt. If they could clean up their act, they would get much better reviews.

The place has been remodeled. I stayed there in september 2015. the room was comfortable, with wood floors. very clean. the bed and pillows were comfortable. it was well located for me, downtown near the Quadra Island ferry. A short walk to restaurants and Starbucks. Island Link Bus even picked up my bicycle, bags and me at Harbourside Inn so...

For 70 bucks a night it's a fine place. Couldn't find anything cheaper (hostels? Motels?) so ended up here. Very convenient location if downtown Campbell River is where you want to be. It's an older establishment but they've been renovating, new laminate floors in the rooms and halls. The older gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful....

What can I say. Its 70 bucks a night, half the price of the "chain brands". Peter is the owner, very nice guy who actually walked me up to the room. Pro: great value Cons: the room I had, there was no A/C basic room, 1980 style TV ( I was seldom in the room regardless) Would I stay here...
